A new method for blind estimation of mixed noise parameters is proposed. The method is based on line fitting into a set of cluster centers obtained from scatter-plot of local variance and mean estimates. Improved estimation of cluster centers is performed on basis of fourth-order statistical moment analysis. The estimation results for the proposed method are compared to the results for other known methods using images from TID2008 database. It is shown that the proposed method provides estimation accuracy comparable to the estimation accuracy of the method based on maximum likelihood estimation of image and noise characteristics (which is considered the best among the existing methods). An advantage of our method is that it is considerably faster.

Today LTE functional units are implemented on software and hardware that limits its scalability. Moreover, all information flows tied to the network operator topology to sites where are special network equipment for traffic counting and to monitor QoS. The usage of network functions virtualization can help to replace a specialized network device on the software that runs on general-purpose processors. Thus, it can reduce costs through the application of ready-made servers for the implementation of new network functionality. In the article the method of distribution of EPC functions between the active network equipment and cloud infrastructure, which is used for computation. Also algorithm of interaction of network elements at client connects to the network is proposed. This will increase the flexibility and productivity of the process provision services mobile broadband.

In this paper has been proposed model of communication system with dynamic network topology in which the process of changing the topology graph over time is to create or break connections between components within a single physical server or between pairs of components that are located on different machines. An essential criterion is the availability of system performance connectivity graph at the time of transition from one state to another topological and fixed number of nodes. Analysis showed that virtual topological structure of such a cloud network will depend on the probability of failure in the middle of the road segment. The probability of blocking close to zero when the number of available channels is 20 - 30 % of the total subscribers.

The new method of Multichannel M-ary Bi-Orthogonal Keying, its operating principle and performance studying are introduced in this paper. Utilized spectral efficiency and BER performance of this method are also studied in comparison with DSCDMA. Overall efficiency as spectral-to-power efficiencies rate comparison of these multichannel CDMA techniques is presented. All theoretical issues are accompanied with simulation results in MATLAB software package.

The purpose of this article is analysis of fractal properties of traffic and its influence on the characteristics of telecommunication systems for a given quality of service (QoS) as invariant to scale throbbing traffic structure can significantly influence the network performance. Analysis of the causes and consequences of fractal in traffic, and to identify areas handover is an important task in the modeling of radio coverage in the environment base stations Radio Mobile. The numerical analysis model is incomplete two streams available system of mass service (SMS) with expectations calling for the handover and determine the probability of each new call blocking, call handover-and-multiple-call handover in a mobile network cell.
