Дисертація присвячена обґрунтуванню теоретичних засад системи та процесу управління ефективністю господарської діяльності промислових підприємств з виготовлення будівельних матеріалів та розробці на цій основі практичних рекомендацій щодо їх удосконалення в Україні.У роботі визначено сутність основних категорій та понять пов'язаних з процесом управління ефективністю господарською діяльністю промислових підприємств. Уточнено понятійно-категоріальний апарат за темоюдослідження, що обумовило його подальший розвиток. Розроблено комплекс наукових положень щодо здійснення управління ефективністю господарською діяльністю промислового підприємства на різних етапах його життєвого циклу та визначено особливості впливу інституційних змін на результативність та ефективність управління виробничими ресурсами, виробничим процесом та персоналом підприємства, зокрема визначено шляхи удосконалення системи управління промисловим підприємством на засадах контролінгу та стратегічні напрями розвитку підприємства на основі матричного підходу та використання системи збалансованих показників і ключових показників ефективності.Сформовано пропозиції та практичні рекомендації щодо удосконалення управління ефективністю господарської діяльності промислових підприємств.^UThe dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical principles of thesystem and process of management of the economic activity of industrial enterprises forthe manufacture of construction materials and the development of practicalrecommendations for their improvement in Ukraine on this basis.The article defines the essence of the main categories and concepts related to theprocess of managing the efficiency of economic activity of industrial enterprises. Theconceptual-categorical apparatus on the subject of research has been specified, whichconditioned its further development. Justified the theoretical approaches to the disclosureof the economic essence of the management of the efficiency of the industrial enterprise,according to which a three-dimensional model was proposed, based on the goal settingand a combination of functional and process factors and personal factors, namely:management of the pesonal (selection of personnel, organization and evaluation of theirwork, stimulation , training and development of personnel), management functions(planning, forecasting, management, analysis, monitoring, control, adjustment) andmanagement process (VIR Blennes, adoption, implementation and tracking effects andadjusting management solutions).A set of scientific regulations on the management of the effectiveness of theeconomic activity of the industrial enterprise at various stages of its life cycle has beendeveloped and the peculiarities of the influence of institutional changes on theeffectiveness and efficiency of the management of industrial resources, production processand personnel of the enterprise have been determined, in particular, ways of improving themanagement system of an industrial enterprise on the basis of controlling and the mainstrategic directions of enterprise development based on the matrix approach to the wikiusing a system of balanced indicators and key performance indicators. The financialeconomicstate of development of industrial enterprises for the production of iron-concreteconstructions of different regions of Ukraine is analyzed and methodological approachesto the formation of strategic management decisions are based on the construction of amodel of diagnostics of life cycle stages, taking into account the results of the analysis ofthe matrix "Profitability - Cost of the enterprise" and evaluation of the status of humansecurity , material and financial resources, which allowed to determine the main factors ofstimulation of sustainable development of activities and industrial plants producingconcrete structures and ensure their investment attractiveness and competitiveness.The scientific-practical approaches to the formation of the pyramid of managementhave been improved and the four-level cone of management of the efficiency of economicactivity of the industrial enterprise, based on the "wheel" with the extended list offunctions, namely the purpose-setting, planning, organization, management, coordination,monitoring, analysis, control adjustments and incentives that for each level ofmanagement are either main or additional and provide the effectiveness and effectivenessof strategic, tactical and operational ratyvnyh making.The proposals and practical recommendations for improving the management of theeconomic activity of industrial enterprises are formulated. The proposed introduction tothe state of the enterprise unit of the controller-coach's post, whose functions include: theorganization of management activities and the coordination of the work of managers ofvarious levels in the development, adoption and implementation of management decisionsin accordance with the strategic goal of enterprise development; implementation of theprinciple of "goal management, evaluation of results" in the management of theeffectiveness on the basis of the systematic use of interrelated elements of a balancedsystem of indicators; establishment of effective management vertical and functionalmanagement of the efficiency of industrial enterprises.
