Розглянуто науково-методичні основи міжнародної трудової міграції. Ідентифіковано особливості формування потоків міжнародної трудової міграції.Оцінено стан міжнародної трудової міграції на світовому ринку праці. Проаналізовано проблеми міжнародної трудової міграції на ринках праці в країнах Європи. Розкрито тенденції та проблематику міжнародної трудової міграції в Україні.Визначено форми координації міжнародної трудової міграції на світовому ринку праці. Удосконалено регіональні механізми регулювання міжнародної трудової міграції в європейських країнах. Запропоновано напрями збалансування потоків міжнародної трудової міграції в Україні згідно з імперативами розвитку національного ринку праці.Ключові слова: міграція, потоки, міжнародна трудова міграція, ринок праці, мобільність, людські ресурси, світ, Європа, Україна.^UThe thesis provides identification of new global imperatives for changes in international labor migration flows in global, regional and national labor markets, on the one hand related to the historical logic of expansion of global trends towards intellectualization, informatization, digitalization and robotization of work while on the other hand being related to the implementation of quarantine restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is mentioned that during the integration of labor migrants into the labor market particular problems occur, which result in both positive and negative consequences for all entities in the world economy. It is further emphasized that such condition is attributable to shortcomings of conceptualization of the theoretical basis which is supposed to have accounted for and have addressed revolutionary and evolutionary geo-economic transformations. The paper comprises suggestions with regard to the areas for improving the global coordination of the international labor migration development in the global market aimed at overcoming multiple religious, cultural, economic, political and legal issues and challenges, that emerge in the process of the international labor migration, through enhanced cooperation within the context of membership of countries in international organizations and elaboration of new adaptive and proactive mechanisms of interaction. It is proven that to solve an entire range of problems in the sphere of international labor migration and development of labor markets it is expedient to strengthen the coordination of a collective effort within the framework of international organizations, primarily the UN, the ILO, the IOM.Scientific and methodological provisions with for the regulation of international labor migration flows in regional labor markets have been developed by means of defining the migration profiles of countries in the sphere of international labor migration in their dynamics (taking into consideration the indicators of: total number of international migrants, share of migrants in the total population size, number of refugees, gender composition and age pattern of migrants, number of labor migrants, share of labor migrants in the labor market of regions and countries) which enabled to reveal transnational disparities and to elaborate proposals in respect of enhancing the mechanisms of regional integration-related interaction (on the example of the European region).Key words: migration, flows, international labor migration, labor market, mobility, human resources, world, Europe, Ukraine.
