У дисертації досліджено суть, структуру, багатофункціональну специфіку та значення глобального рибальства і аквакультури у парадигмальному форматі сталого розвитку. Визначено критичні проблеми рибальства і аквакультури, зумовлені глобальними змінами клімату, забрудненням світового океану, техногенним впливом на аквасистему, браконьєрством. Запропоновано таксономічну модель глобального рибальства, ідентифіковано тренди та імперативи його управлінням. Проаналізовано політику ЄС в сфері рибальства, показано його місце та роль в Європейській економіці. Оцінено масштаби і структурну динаміку європейської рибної та аквакультурної індустрії. Визначено кількісні і якісні параметри, принципи і критерії інституційної та корпоративної організаційно-правової конфігурації ринку риби і морепродуктів ЄС, виявлено специфіку багаторівневого регулювання європейського рибальського бізнесу. Показано внутрішні і зовнішні умови, виявлено об'єктивні і суб'єктивні проблеми розвитку рибного господарства України, оцінено його потенціал, визначено напрями системної модернізації та розвитку експорту у євроінтеграційному контексті.^UIn this dissertation the problem of the resource provision for economic activity have been investigated within the paradigm of sustainable development. The essence, structure, multifunctional specificity and importance of fishing industry in the global economy have been comprehensively studied, its key trends are identified and evaluated, first of all - the dynamic development of the aquaculture, which is ahead of the world industrial capture fisheries and seafood catching. The critical problems of fishery and aquaculture, caused by global climate change, pollution of world ocean, technogenic impact on the aquatic ecosystem, poaching have been identified. The taxonomic model of global fisheries is proposed, which reflects its affiliation to the economy of the seas and oceans, bioeconomy, blue and circular economies, resource and technical bases, technological processes, multilevel regulation and monitoring. The trends and imperatives of the global fisheries and aquaculture management are identified, the modern format of its corporate business model is proposed. The possibilities of convergence of markets of fishery and aquaculture products of Ukraine and of EU are investigated. The natural resource, technological and organizational potential of fishery in Ukraine is estimated. The internal and external conditions are shown, the objective and subjective problems of its development are revealed, the ways and algorithms of their solution, oriented to the system modernization, are offered. The strategic approaches of the export-oriented and import-substituting significant increase of the volumes, the expansion of assortment and the improvement of quality of products of Ukrainian fishery and aquaculture are offered.
