У дисертаційній роботі обґрунтовано теоретико-методологічні основи управління економічною безпекою підприємств зв'язку та розроблено концептуальні засади удосконалення цього процесу для забезпечення їх стійкого функціонування в умовах невизначеності. Удосконалено теоретичні основи управління економічною безпекою підприємства на основі уточнення поняття «економічна безпека підприємства» та визначення атрибутів її забезпечення, виявлення особливостей управління економічною безпекою підприємства йобґрунтування вибору її функціональних підсистем. Розроблено методологічну архітектуру управління економічною безпекою ПЗ. Проаналізовано сучасні тенденції управління розвитком ПЗ та обґрунтовано вплив глобальних ризиків на їх функціонування. Удосконалено методичний підхід до інтегральної оцінки рівняекономічної безпеки ПЗ із застосуванням методу аналізу ієрархій. Визначено економічну сутність ризику та розкрито особливості управління ризиками ПЗ за послідовними етапами реалізації даного процесу. Встановлено діалектику взаємозв'язку між структурними елементами системи економічної безпеки підприємства та виявлено вплив ризиків на неї в умовах циклічного розвитку економіки. Розроблено концептуальну модель управління ризиками як базисузабезпечення економічної безпеки ПЗ та проведено квантифікацію рівня фінансової безпеки як критерію забезпечення їх економічної безпеки. Запропоновано пріоритетні напрями удосконалення управління економічною безпекою ПЗ за її функціональними підсистемами для забезпечення інформаційної, організаційно-управлінської, інноваційно-інвестиційної та фінансової стійкості.^UIn the context of modern economic realities, the functioning of domestic communications enterprises is carried out in the conditions of global structural transformations and negative manifestations of cyclical economic development, accompanied by the presence of crisis processes, the emergence of unpredictable permanent phenomena of financial and economic nature, the impact of unexpected impulses on the modern business environment and violations of the target landmarks of operation of enterprises. These trends create, on the one hand, real opportunities for the successful development of communications enterprises, and on the other – the potential threats to their stable functioning. In this regard, the necessary and logical response of enterprises to the economic challenges of our time is to manage their economic security, which requires the development of complex managerial tools for managing the risks of communications enterprises, taking into account the specifics of their activities to create a quality system of economic security and ensure its equilibrium.The purpose of research is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations of the management of the economic security of telecommunications enterprises and to develop the conceptual foundations for the improvement of this process in order to ensure their stable functioning under conditions of an indefinite business environment. In the research the theoretical bases of management of economic safety of the enterprise have been improved, which allowed to synthesize methodological approaches to the definition of its economic content, to establish the relationship between the hierarchical levels of economic security and to allocate their essential characteristics, to structure elements of the system of economic security of the enterprise. Among the characteristic features of economic security of the company, its economic equilibrium, competitiveness, economic freedom, economic development and harmonious interaction with the external environment are highlighted. On the basis of revealing the specifics of the enterprises of the communication business, the current trends in the management of their development and the impact of global risks of the present on the functioning of domestic communications enterprises are analyzed. This provided an opportunity to systematize the actual risks of informational, financial, personnel and innovation-investment functional subsystems of the economic security of communications enterprises. The methodical approach to the integrated assessment of the effectiveness of the economic security of communications enterprises has been improved on the basis of the development of a balanced system of indicators and the construction of a hierarchical structure of this process, which enables to determine the impact of each functional subsystem on the level of economic security of communications enterprises for the adoption of sound management decisions. It is proved that in conditions of cyclical economic development the state of the system of economic security of enterprises depends on the influence of risks of the uncertain economic environment , which requires the implementation of a unified process of risk management of communication enterprises.
