Дисертацію присвячено дослідженню теоретико-правових аспектів права на спротив як форми реального народовладдя. На підставі проведеного дослідження вперше: встановлено кореляцію форм здійснення реального народовладдя в Україні, рівня правової культури суспільства (у тому числі й суб'єктів влади) і ефективності правових інститутів; запропоновано класифікацію форм здійснення права на спротив з урахуванням їх змін за сучасних умов; доведено факт пом'якшення крайніх форм протестів у бік електронних форм спротиву та нових типів революцій; доведено існування правових симулякрів у практиках здійснення реального народовладдя. Удосконалено: визначення поняття «права на спротив» як невід'ємного природного права особи, основною метою якого є гарантування і збереження законності влади і конституційності державного устрою (зроблено висновок, що таке право може бути здійснено індивідуально чи колективно в активній або пасивній протестній формі); розуміння громадянської освіти як умови для ефективної співпраці суспільства і держави в контексті здійснення реального народовладдя; типологію форм безпосереднього (реального) народовладдя; зміст поняття «революція»; теоретичне обґрунтування кореляції розуміння права на повстання і легітимності державної влади; шляхи розвитку реального народовладдя в сучасній Україні (зокрема, механізм системи електронних петицій, механізм спеціалізованих форумів щодо громадського обговорення нагальних проблем розвитку суспільства, багаторівневий механізм громадянської освіти). Дістали подальший розвиток положення щодо: правової природи соціального феномену реального народовладдя; підстав класифікації форм реалізації права на спротив; змісту розбіжностей революції і державного перевороту, що полягає в масштабі суспільних змін після їх здійснення.^UThe dissertation is devoted to the study of theoretical and legal aspects of the right to resist as a form of rule of people. Based on the conducted research for the first time: the correlation of rule of people forms in Ukraine, the level of legal culture of society (including power subjects) and the effectiveness of legal institutions is established; a classification of forms of right to resist implementation is proposed, taking into account their changes in modern conditions; the fact of softening extreme forms of protests towards electronic forms of resistance and new types of revolutions is proved; the existence of legal simulacra in the practice of rule of people implementing is proved. Improved: the definition of the "right to resist" concept as an inalienable natural right of the individual, the main purpose of which is to guarantee and preserve the legality of power and the constitutionality of the state structure (it is concluded that such a right can be exercised individually or collectively in an active or passive protest form); understanding civic education as a condition for effective cooperation between society and the state in the context of the implementation of rule of people; typology of rule of people forms; the content of the "revolution"concept; theoretical justification of the correlation between the understanding of the right to revolt and the legitimacy of state power; ways to develop rule of people in modern Ukraine (in particular, the mechanism of the electronic petition system, the mechanism of specialized forums for public discussion of society development problems, the multi-level mechanism of civic education). The provisions on: the legal nature of the social phenomenon of rule of people; the grounds for classifying the forms of exercise of the right to resist were further developed; the content of the differences between the revolution and the coup d'etat, which consists in the scope of social changes after their implementation.

Житовоз М. П. Методика навчання техніки фізичних вправ студентів з порушеннями слуху в інклюзивному закладі вищої освіти. Дисертаційна робота полягає у впровадженні в освітній процес фізичного виховання закладів вищої освіти індивідуально-орієнтовану методику акценто¬ваного навчання техніки фізичних вправ, що ґрунтується на використанні спортивних технологій (на прикладі спортивної боротьби), як ефективного резерву підвищення рівня здоров'я та психофізичної підготовленості студентів з порушеннями слуху. В роботі доповнено рішення проблеми фізичного виховання студентів з порушеннями слуху в інклюзивному закладі вищої освіти, зокрема, про застосування спортивних технологій на заняттях фізичного виховання для вдосконалення навчального процесу з фізичного виховання, покращення рівнів фізичного розвитку та фізичної підготовленості, здоров'я в цілому впродовж всього періоду навчання. В роботі враховано компенсаторні можливості рухового аналізатору при навчанні техніки фізичних вправ на заняттях фізичного виховання, секційних заняттях з обраного виду спорту.У роботі запропоновано новий організаційно-педагогічний підхід до навчання техніки фізичних вправ, де акцентовано увагу визначення оптимальної технічної дії, її правильний образ, еталонної орієнтованої основи, що побудована на основі кількісно-якісного аналізу кінематичної й динамічної структури цієї дії.Розроблено та впроваджено в практику структурно-логічну схему методики акцентованого навчання техніки фізичних вправ на прикладі базових технічних прийомів зі спортивної боротьби, а саме: «переведення в партер ривком за руку», «переведення обертанням («вертушка») захватом руки зверху», «кидок підворотом (через спину) із захватом руки та шиї» та «переворот накатом захватом тулуба». The paper complements the solution of the problem of physical education of students with hearing impairments in an inclusive institution of higher education, in particular, the use of sports technologies in physical education to improve the educational process of physical education, improve levels of physical development and physical fitness, health in general period of study.A unique form of integration into society of people with disabilities and health disorders is physical culture, as an important component of the entire system of rehabilitation of people with disabilities. Physical culture is the basis of socio-professional, socio-domestic and socio-cultural rehabilitation, acts as an effective means and methods of medical, professional, psychological, pedagogical rehabilitation, is present in all spheres of human life. Іt is proved that deafness does not limit the possibilities of physical development, impairment, it is possible to regulate and perform complex types of movements with the help of residual analyzers, to influence certain functions in a complex or selective way. The paper takes into account these features, оf the compensatory capabilities of the motor analyzer, when teaching the technique of physical exercises in physical. It has been proven that deafness does not limit the possibilities of physical development, but requires the use of many special physical exercises that allow you to get the same results as a healthy person. In case of hearing education classes, sectional classes in the chosen sport. The paper proposes a new organizational and pedagogical approach to training in the technique of physical exercises, which focuses on determining the optimal technical action, its correct image, the reference-oriented basis, built on the basis of quantitative and qualitative analysis of the kinematic and dynamic structure of this action.A structural and logical scheme has been developed and implemented in practice example of basic techniques in wrestling, namely: «transfer to the ground jerk by the hand», «transfer by rotation («turntable») by gripping the hand from above», «throw by the back (through the back) with the hand and neck «and» coup d'etat capture of the torso. «The focus is on learning to perform technical elements of wrestling, namely: stable, movement, grips, release from grips, embossing, jerks, maneuvering and other basic actions. An algorithm for teaching the technique of performing simple and complex technical actions is introduced, which provides for the performance of successive technical actions taking into account the operational psychophysical state, focusing on teaching methods: explanation, demonstration, performance of exercise technique elements, exercises in general, exercises with partner, exercises with a partner in different conditions, correcting mistakes, achieving the desired result. An algorithm for teaching the technique of performing simple and complex technical actions is introduced, which provides for the performance of successive technical actions taking into account the operational psychophysical state, focusing on teaching methods: explanation, demonstration, performance of exercise technique elements, exercises in general, exercises with partner, exercises with a partner in different conditions, correcting mistakes, achieving the desired result.The structural-logical scheme of the accented technique is introduced teaching the technique of physical exercises for students with hearing impairments in the program of the educational and training process of the wrestling section (Greco-Roman and free) of students with hearing impairments and the educational process of physical education of higher education institutions of inclusive type. The effectiveness of the method of accentuated learning is confirmed by the results of a pedagogical experiment on the dynamics of levels of physical health, physical and technical fitness, functional and psychoemotional states of students with hearing impairments of the experimental group. Significant positive shifts were found for all studied indicators of the experimental group (p≤0.01-0.05) and significantly smaller – in the control group (p≥0.05).Key words: students with hearing impairments, physical education, wrestling, exercise technique, accentuated teaching, physical technique exercises, techniques.
