У дисертації досліджено проблему формування моральної культури у майбутніх учителів початкових класів засобами інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій. Обґрунтовано теоретико-методологічні засади та методичні (підходи, принципи, методика) основи. У процесі проведеного аналізу доведено, що професійна діяльність майбутнього учителя початкових класів є багатоаспектною, складною, передбачає ретельне використання досягнень вітчизняної і зарубіжної психолого-педагогічної науки, формування високого рівня компетентності, педагогічної майстерності, моральної культури. Проведений теоретико-методологічний аналіз обраної проблеми дозволив з’ясувати сутність і зміст базових понять дослідження, а саме: «мораль», «культура», «моральна культура педагога», «інформаційно-комунікаційна технологія» (ІКТ), що дало змогу сформулювати авторське тлумачення поняття «моральна культура майбутнього учителя початкових класів» в сенсі сутнісних характеристик, якостей і ознак, які ґрунтуються на комплексі теоретичних знань, практичних навичок, набутому досвіді, ціннісних орієнтаціях і розвинених здатностях особистості до інноваційно-педагогічної діяльності з доцільним використанням інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій.Науково визначено методологічну основу, концептуальні положення дослідження, які ґрунтуються на сучасних теоріях наукового пізнання, передусім, законах діалектики, герменевтики (проблема взаєморозуміння між суб’єктами освітнього процесу, саморефлексії); аксіології (визнання моральної культури як важливої загальнолюдської цінності); синергетики (ідея самоорганізації, самовиховання та культурного, духовного саморозвитку суб’єктів освітнього процесу) та ін. Обґрунтовано та застосовано провідні підходи (системний, діяльнісний, особистісно-орієнтований, антропоцентричний, культурологічний та ін.) до формування моральної культури у майбутніх учителів початкових класів засобами інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій, які є взаємопов’язаними та основоположними для теми нашого дослідження, а також основні принципи і закономірності. Творче використання визначених методологічних основ та підходів до аналізу проблеми формування моральної культури у майбутніх учителів початкових класів засобами інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій дало змогу отримати прогнозований результат, а саме: визначити критерії, показники і рівні сформованості моральної культури, яка активно сприяє становленню компетентного фахівця освітньої галузі.^UThis dissertation addresses the problem of the formation of the moral culture of future primary school teachers with the means of information and communications technologies. It substantiates the theoretical and methodologic principles and methodic (approaches, principles, methods) bases. Based on the research conducted it was proved that the professional activity of a future primary school teacher is diverse and complicated, it involves careful use of the achievements of the national and foreign psychological and pedagogical science, formation of high-level competence, pedagogical mastership and moral culture. The conducted theoretical and methodological analysis of the selected problem allowed us to find out the essence and content of the basic notions of the research, particularly: «morality», «culture», «moral culture of a teacher», and «information and communications technology» (ICT), which allowed us to form the author’s interpretation of the notion «moral culture of a future primary school teacher» in the sense of essential properties, qualities and features, which are based on the complex of theoretical knowledge, practical skills, gained experience, value-based orientations and developed personal abilities for innovational pedagogical activity using proper information and communications technologies. The dissertation scientifically determined the methodological basis and conceptual provisions of the research, which are based on the modern theories of scientific knowledge, first of all law of dialectics, hermeneutics (problem of mutual understanding between the subjects of the educational process, self-reflection); axiology (recognition of the moral culture as an important universal human value); synergetics (the idea of self-organization, self-education and cultural and spiritual self-development of the subjects of educational process), etc. It substantiated and applied the leading approaches (systematic, activity, personality-oriented, anthropocentric, cultural, etc.) to the formation of the moral culture of future primary school teachers with the means of information and communications technologies, which are interrelated and fundamental for the topic of our research, as well as basic principles and patterns. Creative use of the mentioned methodological bases and approaches in the analysis of the problem of formation of the moral culture of future primary school teachers with the means of information and communications technologies allowed us to obtain the predicted result, particularly: determine the criteria, indices and levels of the moral culture formation, which actively promotes the development of a competent specialist in the educational sphere. The comparative analysis of the experience of the preparation of future primary school teachers with the means of information and communications technologies in foreign countries (the USA, Canada, Great Britain, France, Germany, Poland, and others) allowed us to find out that the process of formation of the moral culture actively and positively affects professional growth, self-improvement and self-realization of a specialist in the educational sphere. At the same time, the foreign specialists pay particular attention to the individual and ethnic approaches, as well as the ability and skills of future primary school teachers to efficiently and creatively apply pedagogical innovations.
