Роботу присвячено проблемі формування професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців в сфері енергозбереження та енергоефективних технологій. Розвиток системи освіти - одна з найважливіших сфер діяльності держави, оскільки завдяки їй держава піклується про своє майбутнє. Глобалізація міжнародних економічних зв’язків, інтеграція промислового виробництва України в світове господарство, становлення інформаційного суспільства, висувають нові вимоги та задачі до сучасної системи освіти, пріоритетом якої є конкуренто-спроможний, творчий, висококваліфікований фахівець, здатний до ефективної діяльності та самовдосконалення протягом життя. Сучасна освіта повинна відповідати реаліям, а сьогодні це отримання фахівця спроможного вирішувати професійні завдання в умовах енергетичної кризи України. Енергетичну кризу, а саме попит на енергоносії, спричинюють різноманітні чинники – як банальні проблеми з логістикою або фізичний дефіцит, так і глобальні енергетичні проблеми, викликані воєнною агресією Російської Федерації на території України. Водночас це є і глобальною екологічною проблемою.Дослідження складається з анотації, змісту, вступу, трьох розділів, висновків до кожного розділу, списку використаних джерел, загальних висновків і додатків.У вступі обґрунтовано доцільність вибраної теми дослідження; аргументовано актуальність проблеми підготовки майбутніх фахівців в сфері енергозбереження та енергоефективних технологій; схарактеризовано зв’язок дисертаційної роботи з науковими програмами, планами, темами; сформульовано мету, основні завдання, описано об’єкт і предмет дослідження. Доведено наукову новизну, яка полягає в тому, що: уперше розроблено та науково обґрунтовано модель формування професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців в сфері енергозбереження та енергоефективних технологій; розроблено технологію її реалізації через інтегрований навчальний курс «Основи енергозбереження» / «Енергозбереження та енергоефективні технології», функціонування якого ґрунтується на визначених педагогічних умовах, зокрема, модифікації змісту на засадах професійної спрямованості, застосуванні елементів STEM-технологій в процесі підготовки майбутніх фахівців в сфері енергозбереження та енергоефективних технологій, впровадження інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій та відповідній організації самостійної роботи. Визначено компоненти, критерії та показники професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців в сфері енергозбереження та енергозберігаючих технологій, охарактеризовано рівні її сформованості; подальшого вдосконалення зазнали форми та засоби професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців в сфері енергозбереження та енергозберігаючих технологій у світлі компетентнісного підходу.Матеріали дослідження покладено в основу науково-методичного забезпечення навчальних дисциплін та організації процесу професійної підготовки здобувачів освіти в закладах фахової передвищої освіти. Отримані теоретичні висновки й результати дослідження можуть бути використані під час укладання навчальних програм дисциплін спеціального циклу, розроблення лекційних та практичних занять, написання навчальних, методичних посібників із проблем професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців в сфері енергозбереження та енергозберігаючих технологій. Подано відомості про апробацію і впровадження результатів експериментального дослідження, про структуру й обсяг роботи, кількість публікацій.Проведене дослідження не вичерпує всіх аспектів проблеми формування професійної підготовки фахівців в сфері енергозбереження та енергоефективних технологій.Ключові слова: професійна компетентність, майбутні фахівці в сфері енергозбереження та енергоефективних технологій, педагогічні умови, структурно-функційна модель.^UThe work is devoted to the problem of forming the professional competence of future specialists in the field of energy saving and energy-efficient technologies. Modern education should correspond to the realities, and today it is obtaining a specialist capable of solving professional tasks in the conditions of Ukraine's energy crisis. The energy crisis, namely the demand for energy carriers, is caused by a variety of factors - both banal problems with logistics or physical shortages, and global energy problems caused by the military aggression of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine. At the same time, it is also a global environmental problem.The study consists of an abstract, table of contents, introduction, three chapters, conclusions to each chapter, a list of used sources, general conclusions and appendices.The introduction substantiates the feasibility of the chosen research topic; the relevance of the problem of training future specialists in the field of energy saving and energy-efficient technologies is argued; the connection of the dissertation work with scientific programs, plans, topics is characterized; the goal, main tasks are formulated, the object and subject of the research are described. A scientific novelty has been proven, which consists in the fact that: for the first time, a model for the formation of professional competence of future specialists in the field of energy saving and energy-efficient technologies was developed and scientifically substantiated; the technology for its implementation was developed through the integrated training course "Basics of energy conservation" / "Energy conservation and energy-efficient technologies", the operation of which is based on defined pedagogical conditions, in particular, content modification based on professional orientation, application of elements of STEM technologies in the process of training future specialists in the field of energy conservation and energy-efficient technologies, introduction of information and communication technologies and appropriate organization of independent work. The components, criteria and indicators of the professional competence of future specialists in the field of energy saving and energy-saving technologies are determined, the levels of its formation are characterized; the forms and means of professional training of future specialists in the field of energy saving and energy-saving technologies underwent further improvement in the light of the competence approach.Research materials are the basis of scientific and methodological support of educational disciplines and organization of the process of professional training of education seekers in institutions of vocational pre-higher education. The obtained theoretical conclusions and results of the research can be used during the compilation of training programs of the disciplines of the special cycle, the development of lectures and practical classes, the writing of educational and methodological manuals on the problems of professional training of future specialists in the field of energy conservation and energy-saving technologies.In the first chapter, an analysis of the terminological system of the research was carried out and the content and structure of professional training of future specialists in the field of energy saving and energy-efficient technologies were theoretically substantiated. To clarify the essence of the main concepts "competence", "competences", "professional competence" the source base was analyzed.In the structure of professional competence (as components of professional competence), structural components are distinguished and argued: motivational; knowledgeable; practical; personalIn the second section, the state of professional training of future specialists in the field of energy saving and energy-efficient technologies is study. Pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competence of future specialists in the field of energy saving and energy-efficient technologies have been identified.In the process of scientific research, a model of the formation of professional competence of future specialists in the field of energy saving and energy-efficient technologies was developed and theoretically substantiated.
