Розроблено науково-методичні підходи до оцінювання впливу зовнішнього середовища на процеси гармонізації економічних інтересів аграрних підприємств і держави.Охарактеризовано тенденції розвитку аграрних підприємств, розглянуто державне регулювання розвитку аграрних підприємств у контексті гармонізації їх економічних інтересів з державою, проведено оцінювання впливу зовнішнього середовища на гармонізацію економічних інтересів аграрних підприємств та держави.Запропоновано стратегічні напрями гармонізації економічних інтересів аграрних підприємств та держави, репродуктивний механізм гармонізації економічних інтересів аграрних підприємств та держави та модель впливу інноваційно-інвестиційного середовища на гармонізацію економічних інтересів аграрних підприємств та держави. Harmonization of economic interests of agricultural enterprises and the state. – Qualifying scientific work on the rights of the manuscript.The dissertation is devoted to the development and substantiation of theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for the harmonization of economic interests of agricultural enterprises and the state.The definition of concepts is specified: "economic interests", as purposeful activity of subjects of economic environment, focused on achievement of the purpose of its realization in the course of combinatorial combination of factors of production; "Economic interests of the state" as a set of objectively determined economic needs, the implementation of which contributes to the formation of sustainable development of society and the creation of preconditions for the realization of economic needs of other entities; "Economic interests of enterprises", as objectively determined by the desire to ensure an acceptable level of efficiency in the long run.The essence of harmonization of economic interests of agrarian enterprises and the state as a process, which consists in coordinated activity of participants of economic relations in the process of building a developed society and is their systemic characteristic, creates safe and sustainable principles of agrarian business development with their state support. The expediency of studying the harmonization of economic interests of agricultural enterprises and the state in connection with the mesoeconomic level of harmonization of economic interests of economic relations, which will contribute to the successful implementation of economic reforms and economic growth of enterprises, regions and the state. It is determined that the most capacious economic interests of agricultural enterprises are: production volumes, finances, expanded reproduction, marketing interests, relations with the local government, personnel, research and development and, of course, environmental protection (ecology).Forms and methods of state regulation of development of agricultural enterprises in the context of harmonization of their economic interests are established. machinery and more. The coefficient of efficiency of the directions of state support of agricultural enterprises in the direction of directions is determined. It is substantiated that the support of agricultural enterprises by the state and providing conditions for their adaptation to cyclical downturns in the economy, through the system of pricing or regulation of profits of agricultural producers by using a system of methods, should be formed exclusively by developing new incentive levers that harmonize the priority of the interests of agricultural enterprises in the intersectoral space of reproduction of a complex socio-ecological and economic system of agriculture. Strategic directions of harmonization of interests of agrarian enterprises and the state are defined and the model of harmonization of economic interests of agrarian enterprises and the state on the basis of modernization of institutes of agricultural development is developed, agricultural enterprises and the state in the form of institutes of agricultural development, and institutes of public-private partnership.
