Дисертація присвячена поглибленню теоретико-методичних засад дослідження розвитку світового інвестиційного ринку в умовах глобальних трансформацій та розробці науково-практичних рекомендацій щодо інтеграції України до глобального інвестиційного простору. У роботі досліджено наукове підґрунтя та генезис іноземних інвестицій у глобальному економічному просторі; систематизовано концептуальні засади формування світового інвестиційного ринку; узагальнено методичні підходи дослідження розвитку світового інвестиційного ринку в умовах глобальних трансформацій. У ході дослідження проаналізовано асиметричність розвитку світового інвестиційного ринку в глобальних умовах розвитку; ідентифіковано особливості сегментації світового інвестиційного ринку у глобальній економічній системі; проведено багатофакторний аналіз розвитку світового інвестиційного ринку з виокремленням ключових факторів впливу та детермінант розвитку в умовах його трансформації; досліджено інституційні засоби регулювання руху іноземного капіталу у системі світового господарства в умовах трансформаційних змін. За результатами дослідження визначено інноваційні напрями інвестиційної діяльності у країнах світу та світові тенденції стимулювання інноваційно-інвестиційних процесів; розроблено концепт-модель формування інвестиційної привабливості України на світовому інвестиційному ринку; запропоновано векторну модель та обґрунтовано науково-практичні рекомендації щодо інтеграції України до світового інвестиційного простору в умовах глобальних трансформацій.^UThe dissertation is devoted to the deepening of theoretical and methodological principles of research of the world investment market development in the conditions of global transformations and the development of scientific and practical recommendations on Ukraine's integration into the global investment area.In this work the scientific basis and genesis of foreign investments in the global economic area are investigated; the conceptual principles of formation of the world investment market are systematized; the methodological approaches to the world investment market development research in the context of global transformations are generalized.In the course of the research the asymmetry of the development of the world investment market in the global conditions of development are analyzed; the features of segmentation of the world investment market in the global economic system are identified; multifactor analysis of the world investment market development with the identification of key factors of influence and determinants of development in the conditions of its transformation is conducted.According to the results of the research, innovative directions of investment activity in the world countries and world tendencies of stimulation of innovation and investment processes are determined; conceptual model of formation of investment attractiveness of Ukraine in the world investment market is developed. The organizational and economic principles of Ukraine's integration into the global investment market in the conditions of global transformations in the form of a vector model are proposed, the essence of which is to combine the improvement of the foreign economic environment through the components of the investment climate, which provide a comprehensive description of its social, economic and institutional factors; improvement of the internal economic environment by reducing the level of corruption and bureaucracy, establishing the rule of law, guaranteeing the security of property rights, reducing currency control, reducing corruption, increasing political stability and the international level of the country; improving financial, commercial, transport and logistics infrastructure through the introduction of mechanisms for ensuring financial stability through the activities of fiscal and financial sector regulators, and improving the financial support system for innovative development of the national economy based on the effective use of financial resources and the development of the National Transport Development Strategy.
