У дисертаційній роботі здійснено теоретичне узагальнення та запропоновано вирішення важливої науково-прикладної проблеми, що полягає у розробці концептуальних, теоретико-методичних та практичних рекомендацій щодо забезпечення стійкого зростання національної економіки в умовах глобалізації. Отримані наукові результати сприятимуть підвищенню ефективному розвитку національної економіки. Сформовані методичні підходи до забезпечення сталих економічних моделей внутрішньогалузевих та міжгалузевих інтеграційних процесів у національному макроекономічному середовищі, які спрямовані на стійкий розвиток господарської системи. Запропоновано моделювання індикаторів соціально-економічного зростання, які впливають на національну економіку. Розроблено механізм макроекономічного регулювання стійкого зростання національної економіки в адаптивних умовах. Обґрунтовані пріоритетні напрями зростання національної економіки в умовах глобалізації. Сформовано методичне забезпечення моделювання детермінантів державного регулювання відкритої економіки, яке спрямоване на композиційне регулювання процесів у макроекономічному середовищі з урахуванням перманентної турбулентності, впливу ризиків та надскладних, мультилатеральних і багаторівневих взаємозалежностей процесів глобалізації та державного регулювання.^UThe dissertation provides a theoretical generalization and offers a solution to an important scientific and applied problem, which is to develop conceptual, theoretical and methodological and practical recommendations for sustainable growth of the national economy in the context of globalization. The obtained scientific results will contribute to the effective development of the national economy.Methodological approaches to ensuring sustainable economic models of intra-industry and intersectional integration processes in the national macroeconomic environment, which are aimed at sustainable development of the economic system, which will achieve balanced growth of the national economy based on horizontal-vertical integration and synergy. Modeling of indicators of socio-economic growth that affect the national economy is proposed, which, in contrast to the existing ones, provides a comprehensive multilateral study of the impact of qualitative and quantitative components of the macroeconomic environment, conditions for mobilizing innovative sources of growth and improving the system of indicators of economic development on the basis of isolating typological features and taking into account economic disparities. The mechanism of macroeconomic regulation of sustainable growth of the national economy in adaptive conditions is developed.The priority directions of growth of the national economy in the context of globalization are substantiated, which take into account on the basis of systemic and semantic approaches segmental modeling of processes, mechanisms, measures and actions that ensure the development strategy, to determine authentic and permanent growth of the national economy. Methodological support for modeling the determinants of state regulation of the open economy, which is aimed at compositional regulation of processes in the macroeconomic environment, taking into account permanent turbulence, risk and super-complex, multilateral and multilevel interdependencies of globalization and state regulation, in order to methodically support strategic development.

У дисертації вперше на основі комплексного наукового аналізу освітньогопроцесу в медичних (фармацевтичному) закладах вищої освіти (М(Ф)ЗВО)теоретично обґрунтовано методику організації самостійної роботи (СР)майбутніх магістрів фармації з навчання органічної хімії засобами дистанційногонавчання (ДН), структурно-компонентний склад якої включає дидактичнообґрунтовані цілі; структурований зміст; форми організації СР; методи СР;засоби ДН. Розроблено й обґрунтовано структурно-функціональну модельметодики організації СР майбутніх магістрів фармації з органічної хімії засобамиДН, що включає методологічно-цільовий, організаційно-методичний,процесуально-змістовий, результативно-оцінний компоненти. Ефективністьрозробленої методики організації СР майбутніх магістрів фармації з навчанняорганічної хімії засобами ДН перевірено експериментально. Основні результатидослідження впроваджено в освітній процес з професійної підготовки студентівфармацевтичних спеціальностей М(Ф)ЗВО України.^UThe dissertation first theoretically substantiates, reveals the developed andexperimentally tested the methodology of organisation of the self-study work of theMaster's degree seekers in Pharmacy in organic chemistry through distance learningthat was designed relying on the complex scientific analysis of the educational processin medical (pharmaceutical) establishments of higher education (M(Pharm)HEIs).The methodology of organising the self-study work of the Master's degreeseekers in Pharmacy through distance learning in Organic Chemistry was provedfeasible. The structural and component composition of the methodology includesdidactically substantiated goals, structured content (content that integrates full-textlearning materials and e-learning course in Organic Chemistry); optimal forms oforganisation of self-educational activity of students by the technology of blendedlearning and the nature of the subject-subject relationship; methods of self-educationbased on a combination of traditional and remote technologies; distance learning tools(distance course in Organic Chemistry; educational portal; cloud-based tools(‘academic' cloud M(Pharm)HEIs, social networks; traditional and computerisedsystems for checking students' self-performed assignments in Organic Chemistry(tests; thematic and modular control tests; ‘KROK-1', etc.).There was developed and found feasible the structural-functional model of amethodology of the organisation of self-study work of seekers of Master's degree inPharmacy based on the distance course in Organic chemistry seen as a complex(multicomponent) phenomenon. The model included: 1) the purpose – the organisationof effective self-study work of the students obtaining specialties in Pharmacy as acomponent of assurance of qualitative professional education in M(Pharm)HEIs;methodological approaches (systemic; competency-based; personality-oriented;project-based; activity-dedicated); principles of teaching (scientific content andmethods of teaching; connection of learning with practice; individualisation;accessibility; ensuring openness and flexibility of learning) – methodological andtarget component of the model; 2) organisational and methodological settings for theorganisation of self-study work of the students seeking a degree in Pharmacy based onteaching Organic Chemistry by means of distance learning (integration of conventionaland distance learning technologies); implementation of teaching principles, prioritisingof processes of self-knowledge, self-organisation, self-realisation and self-development; the focus of the process on the subjective position of the student as acustomer of quality educational services and an active participant in the educationalprocess (stakeholder), the bearer of individual experience; involving students inactivities that simulate various aspects of their future professional work, including self-education; development and implementation of educational and methodologicalsupport that meets the objectives of forming professionally significant competencies offuture specialists in the field of pharmacy, skills to apply distance technologies in theprocess of training and professional activity), the set of which is the organisational andmethodological component of the model; 3) the method of organising the self-studywork of the Masters of Pharmacy based on teaching Organic Chemistry by means ofdistance learning, which presents the procedural and semantic component of the modelwith the following component composition: the goals of the self-study work; content(content) of it; forms of organisation of self-study work based on the technology ofblended learning and the nature of subject-subject interaction; methods of organisationof the self-study work; means of organisation of the self-study work; 4) the structure ofsubject competence of future masters of pharmacy as an indicator of the effectivenessof the method of organization of self-study in Organic Chemistry by means of distancelearning, as well as criteria, indicators and levels of its formation – the performance-evaluation component of the model.The effectiveness of the developed methodology of organising the self-studywork of Masters of Pharmacy based on teaching Organic Chemistry employingdistance learning was tested and proved experimentally. The main results of theresearch are disseminated and introduced into the educational process of professionaltraining of students obtaining a qualification in Pharmacy at M(Pharm) HEIs ofUkraine.
