В дисертації простежується еволюція філософських уявлень про справедливість як одну з базових ціннісних універсалій, що виявляє інтенцію до подолання наявного стан речей на шляху до належного. В роботі запропонована авторська концепція справедливості як соціального екзистенціалу громадянського суспільства. На відміну від інтерпретації М. Гайдеґґера і К. Ясперса, які відносили екзистенціали до переживань індивідуального рівня, соціальні екзистенціали характеризують переживання соціуму в цілому, описують невідрефлексований стан суспільної свідомості. Доводиться, що екзістенціал справедливості інтенційно спрямований на відтворення онтико-онтологічної цілісності людини. Наводиться перелік соціальних екзистенціалів: просторовість, темпоральність, історична справедливість, свобода, турбота, відповідальність, тривожність, страх, смерть тощо. Вказуються основні напрямки оптимізації громадянського суспільства в сучасній Україні.^UThe thesis traces the evolution of philosophical views of justice as one of the basic universals of social life, which reveals its intention to the transcendental in the desire to overcome the existing state of things on the way to the proper. Each historical period generates its own visions of the phenomenon, in particular, the thesis analyzes the concepts of “justice as a world order”, “justice as retribution”, “justice as harmony”, “justice as virtue”, “justice as a manifestation of the Good”, “justice as the Divine Providence”, “justice as a duty”, “justice as a result of a social contract”, “justice as the calculation of happiness”, “justice as equality (inequality)”, “justice as honesty”, “justice as an exchange”. It describes a mechanism of the conciliation of interests of authorities and citizens aimed at reproducing the ontic and ontological human integrity. Unlike in the interpretation of M. Heidegger and K. Jaspers, who qualified existentials solely as experiences of the individual level, social existentials characterize experiences of the society as a whole, describe an unreflected state of social consciousness. It is proven that justice serves as a kind of “buffer” between collective and individual interests, between civil society and the state, for which members of civil society at the existential level must determine the limits of unfreedom they can accept. The question about the criteria of justice as a social existential is raised. The thesis provides a list of social existentials that determine the self-awareness of modern Ukrainian society, including its regional invariants, namely: spatiality, temporality, historical justice, freedom, care, responsibility, anxiety, fear, death, etc.The main directions of optimization of civil society in modern Ukraine are developed, namely: in the economic sphere – promoting the development of market relations to the extent that they allow people to show their creative potential and improve their financial status, if this does not violate the rights of others and does not enrich one through the exploitation of others; in the political sphere – separation of business from power, representative authorities should reflect the interests of the whole society, not lobby the interests of the richest people, leaving aside the interests of those who really create the wealth of the country; in the social sphere – guarantee of a safe life of citizens,social protection and social welfare, full free medical care, health service, education, protection of human rights; in the spiritual sphere, civil society is based on the principles of equality and freedom of creativity, on the priority of human and the harmony of inner and outer human life, on humanistic values.
