У дисертації подано теоретичне обґрунтування корпоративної природиінтеграційного процесу акціонерних товариств. Запропонована парадигма інтеграційноївзаємодії, орієнтована на представлення інтеграції як регулярної діяльності знарощ ування синергетичних та емерджентних властивостей інтеграційногооб'єднання. Розроблено теоретико-методологічний базис формування корпоративнихмеханізмів управління інтеграційними процесами. Обґрунтовано концепцію тарозроблено систему принципів управління корпоративними інтеграційними процесамиакціонерних товариств. Здійснена оцінка стану корпоративних відносин та визначеноособливості організації корпоративного управління в інтеграційних об'єднанняхнаціональних акціонерних товариств. Розроблено процедуру формування корпоративноїстратегії інтегрованого об'єднання. Сформовано референтний перелік правил відборуальтернатив реалізації стратегічної компліментарності, що враховує параметрирозподілу та трансформації корпоративного контролю. Розроблено методичний підхіддо динамічного обґрунтування та забезпечення імплементації інтеграційної стратегіїкорпоративного розвитку акціонерного товариства. Обґрунтовано технологіюуправління конкурентним позиціонуванням та формуванням конкурентоспроможностікорпоративного інтеграційного об'єднання акціонерних товариств. Розробленопроцедуру відбору партнерів для створення корпоративного інтеграційногооб'єднання, базовану на визначені перспективних характеристик груповогопортфелю компетенцій. Розроблено методичний підхід щодо вибору джерелформування та моделю вання структури капіталу інтегрованого корпоративногоо б 'єднання. Сформовано організаційно-методичне забезпечення процесу утвореннякорпоративних інтеграційних об'єднань ш ляхом злиття-поглинання акціонернихтовариств. The theoretical substantiation of the corporate nature of the integration process of joint stock companies' incorporation, based on the subordination of corporate co-operation to the balance of distribution of property rights along the implementation competences chains, is presented. The concept of management of corporate integration processes is theoretically grounded within the framework of which the orientation of the integration interaction of business entities to the formation of a perspective balance of property rights with regard to the creation and use of a group portfolio of competencies of joint stock companies' association is envisaged. The developed paradigm of integration interaction is oriented on the representation of integration as a regular activity on increasing the synergies and the endangered properties of the integration association. The system of principles and regularities of management of the process of corporate integration process, coordinated with the provisions of the author concept of corporate integration, was developed. The reference process-functional model of the mechanism of corporate integration is proposed. The theoretical and methodological basis for the formation of corporate management mechanisms for integration processes is developed, based on the definition of the relationship of the mechanism of corporate integration with the rest of the management mechanisms of the joint stock company. The structure and logic of the coordinated work of mechanisms of corporate integration, innovation-integration development, reflexive harmonization of corporate cultures, implementation of the program of transformations and overcoming resistance to organizational changes are substantiated. The procedure of formation of the corporate strategy of the integrated association of joint stock companies, aimed at dynamic strengthening of selected areas of activity of the association, determined within the boundaries of the integration strategy and corporate development strategy, was developed. The basis for developing a corporate strategy is the multivariate structural decomposition of the corporate integration association. The methodical approach to dynamic substantiation and implementation of the integration strategy of corporate development of the joint-stock company is developed. The technology of management of competitive positioning and formation of competitiveness of corporate integration association of joint stock companies is grounded. A selection procedure for partners for the creation of a corporate integration association, based on certain promising characteristics of the group portfolio of competencies and taking into account the parameters of corporate control distribution, has been developed. A methodical approach is developed on the choice of sources of formation and modeling of the structure of capital of the integrated corporate association, based on correlation of capital structure and parameters of corporate control implementation. The theoretical and methodological substantiation of evaluation and ensuring of economic safety of corporate integration processes is carried out. The proposed dynamic representation of the threats to the functioning of the corporate integration association. The directions of estimation of economic safety of integration development are identified. The organizational-structural construction and the sequence of introduction of the mechanism of innovation-integration development of the corporate corporate association is substantiated. Integration is the basis for the dynamic growth of innovative potential and improvement of the parameters of the activities of joint stock companies. The methodical approach to the evaluation of the success of corporate integration development processes based on the application of the stakeholder approach is substantiated. У дисертації набуло подальшого розвитку трактування сутності поняття «туристична галузь», підхід до інформаційно-методичного забезпечення управління розвитком туристичної галузі. Удосконалено підхід до оцінювання реалізації стратегії розвитку туристичної галузі України, який передбачає доповнення контрольних показників за напрямами стратегії: нормативно-правова база; розвиток людських ресурсів; маркетингова політика розвитку туризму та курортів. Розвинуто систему заходів щодо вдосконалення державної політики підтримки туристичної галузі на основі закордонного досвіду.Удосконалено концепцію управління розвитком туристичної галузі України, яка передбачає впровадження системи державного регулювання практичної реалізації напрямів політики підтримки туристичної галузі відповідно до пріоритетних напрямів стратегії розвитку туристичної галузі та критеріїв її ефективності.Удосконалено організаційно-економічний механізм забезпечення розвитку туристичної галузі України, який ґрунтується на системі послідовного здійснення організаційно-управлінських та фінансово-економічних функцій з реалізації концепції розвитку туризму через заявлену стратегію шляхом імплементації програм і стратегії розвитку туристичної галузі. Удосконалено науково-практичний підхід до посилення державного регулювання у сфері практичної реалізації стратегії розвитку туристичної галузі України, який включає напрями державної політики регулювання цієї галузі.^UThe tourism industry, the approach to the information and methodological support for the management of the tourism industry development are developed.The approach to the evaluation of the implementation of the strategy of development of the tourism industry of Ukraine, which envisages the addition of control indicators in the directions of the strategy, is improved: the legal framework; development of human resources; marketing policy of tourism and resort development. A system of measures for improving the state policy of supporting the tourism industry based on foreign experience is developed.The concept of development management of the tourism industry of Ukraine is improved, which envisages the introduction of a system of state regulation of the practical implementation of the directions of the tourism industry support policy in accordance with the priority directions of the tourism industry development strategy and its efficiency criteria.The organizational and economic mechanism of ensuring the development of the tourism industry in Ukraine, which is based on the system of consistent implementation of organizational, managerial and financial and economic functions to implement the concept of tourism development through the stated strategy through the implementation of programs and strategies for the development of the tourism industry, is developed. The scientific and practical approach to the strengthening of state regulation in the sphere of practical implementation of the strategy of development of the tourism industry of Ukraine, which includes the directions of the state policy of regulation of the tourism industry, is improved.

Дисертацію присвячено вирішенню актуального завдання щодо поглиблення теоретичних засад методичного та економіко-організаційного забезпечення управління екологізацією підприємств оборонно-промислового комплексу України. Узагальнено теоретичні засади наукового підходу до визначення сутності категорії «оборонно-промисловий комплекс» і характеристики його складових. Виконано аналіз існуючих економіко-екологічних проблем підприємств оборонної промисловості України. Запропоновано концептуальний підхід до організації екологоорієнтованого господарювання в оборонній сфері. Розроблено економічний механізм стимулювання екологізації діяльності військово-промислового комплексу, що приведе до вагомих соціо-економіко-екологічних ефектів.Ключові слова: оборонно-промисловий комплекс, економічний та екологічний розвиток, забруднення довкілля, екологоорієнтоване управління, мотиваційний інструментарій.^UThe dissertation is devoted to the solution of the actual task – deepening of theoretical bases of methodical and economic and organizational maintenance of governing of greening of activity of the enterprises of a defence-industrial complex of Ukraine.The analysis of the existing economic and ecological problems of military formations` functioning as well as the enterprises of the defence industry of Ukraine is carried out. It is shown that all components of the domestic military-industrial complex have an extremely negative impact on the environment, having a mechanical, chemical, and biotic impact on nature.The dissertation proposes the content of the process of complex greening for all components of the domestic military-industrial complex as a continuous purposeful process of implementation of fundamentally new technical, technological, economic, organizational, informational and other solutions that will achieve the maximum possible balance between military, economic and environmental goals, preservation of ecosystems and create conditions for their self-restoration, significantly increase the efficiency of all resources and increase the quality of products and services while significantly reducing the negative impact on the environment, which will meet NATO standards, avoid environmental threats, increase the competitiveness of Ukrainian military products servicemen and employees of defence enterprises and together will systematically ensure environmentally-oriented development of all components of the domestic military-industrial complex.Theoretical bases of the scientific approach to the essence of the category "military-industrial complex" and the approach to the characteristic of its components are generalized. It is substantiated that the domestic military-industrial complex of Ukraine is a complex system, which includes the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military formations, research organizations and defence companies, which are having a significant negative impact on the environment. It is substantiated that the issue of greening of defence enterprises cannot be solved separately from other components of the domestic military-industrial complex.The peculiarities of the impact on the environment by the enterprises of the defence industry, the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations are demonstrated, the strategic vectors of their greening are determined. It is proved that the current state of development of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and organizations and enterprises of the defence industry is characterized by insufficient economic and environmental sustainability and needs to be modernized on the basis of world experience in greening the military sphere and NATO environmental standards.The organizational structure of governing of processes of greening of components of a military-industrial complex of Ukraine and organizational structure of ecological service of the defence enterprises is offered.The methodical approach to formation of administrative and economic tools of the mechanism of maintenance of processes of greening of military-industrial complex components is recommended. It is substantiated that the problem of effective functioning of the organizational and economic mechanism of greening of components of a military-industrial complex can be reached both administratively (by direct influence) economic levers and tools (methods of indirect influence). The mechanisms for stimulating environmental measures will be different for different actors.Methods of making scientifically sound decisions by environmental engineers of defence enterprises are proposed, which take into account the requirements of greening at the most important stages of the life cycle of armaments and military equipment – at the stage of their development and design, stage of production and modernization, stage of maintenance and repair.Keywords: defence-industrial complex, economic and ecological development, environmental pollution, ecologically oriented governing, motivational instruments.
