Розглянуто процес саморозвитку регіонів в умовах децентралізації. Виявлено особливості синергії державної політики в напрямі побудови адміністративно-територіального устрою країни. Розглянуто особливості реалізації соціальної політики держави в умовах децентралізації управління. Охарактеризовано проведення освітньої реформи в умовах децентралізації. Розглянуто особливості медичної реформи в умовах децентралізації: виявлено сучасні проблеми та перспективи їх вирішення.Виокремлено пріоритети співробітництва територіальних громад в умовах державної політики децентралізації.
