Обґрунтовано вибір технології Carrier Ethernet для побудови перспективної системи управління транспортною мережею зв’язку та сформовано наукове завдання та мета роботи. У прикінцевій частині першого розділу, враховуючи проведений аналіз та виявлені проблеми, сформовано цілі та завдання дослідження. А саме, для досягнення мети роботи:– визначено та досліджено основні складові механізми моделі управління транспортною мережею зв’язку, що впливають на якість її функціонування;– розроблено часткові концептуальні складові моделі системи управління транспортною мережею зв’язку;– розроблено цілісну методику формування системи управління транспортною мережею зв’язку;Об'єктом дослідження є система управління транспортною мережею зв'язку. Предметом дослідження є моделі та методики формування системи управління транспортною мережею зв'язку.В другому розділі розроблено модель процесу взаємодії фрагмента транспортної мережі зв’язку і вузла мультиагентної системи управління (МАСУ), яка, на відміну від існуючих, дозволяє оцінити час, що витрачається на обробку повідомлень у МАСУ, залежно від різних характеристик технічної підсистеми. Визначені особливості СУ ТМЗ та її можливості щодо функціонування за призначенням. Подано трирівневу концептуальну модель системи управління ТМЗ з вказівкою ролі та місця МАСУ. Розроблено модель процесу взаємодії фрагмента транспортної мережі зв’язку і вузла мультиагентної системи управління. В третьому розділі подано моделі процесів управління транспортною мережею зв'язку на основі технології CARRIER ETHERNET. На основі розробленої в розділі 2 концептуальної моделі системи управліннґ транспортною мережею зв’язку виділено підмножину незалежних підпроцесів, на основі яких сформовано три ключові процеси управління, що протікають в МАСУ для досягнення різних цілей та завдань управління.^UQualifying scientific work on manuscript rights.Dissertation for obtaining the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the field of knowledge 17-Electronics and telecommunications in the specialty 172-Telecommunications and radio engineering. - State University of Information and Communication Technologies. - Kyiv, 2023.The dissertation work is devoted to the development of the method of forming the management system of the transport communication networkIn the first section, an analysis of approaches to the construction of management systems for transport communication networks is carried out. The choice of Carrier Ethernet technology for the construction of a prospective management system of the transport communication network is substantiated, and the scientific task and goal of the work are formed. In the final part of the first chapter, taking into account the conducted analysis and identified problems, the goals and tasks of the research are formed. Namely, to achieve the goal of the work:– the main constituent mechanisms of the communication transport network management model affecting the quality of its functioning were determined and investigated;– partial conceptual component models of the communication transport network management system were developed;– a comprehensive methodology for the formation of a transport communication network management system was developed;The object of the research is the management system of the transport communication network.The subject of the research is the models and methods of forming the management system of the transport communication network.In the second section, a model of the process of interaction between a fragment of a communication transport network and a node of a multi-agent control system (MASU) is developed, which, unlike the existing ones, allows to estimate the time spent on processing messages in the MASU, depending on various characteristics of the technical subsystem.The specific features of the TMZ system and its possibilities for functioning as intended have been determined. A three-level conceptual model of the TMZ management system with an indication of the role and place of the MASU is presented. A model of the process of interaction between a fragment of the communication transport network and a node of the multi-agent control system has been developed.The third section presents models of transport communication network management processes based on CARRIER ETHERNET technology. Based on the conceptual model of the communication transport network management system developed in Chapter 2, a subset of independent sub-processes was selected, on the basis of which three key management processes were formed that flow in the MASU to achieve various management goals and objectives.
