Дисертаційну роботу присвячено формуванню управлінської компетентності майбутніх керівників закладів освіти в процесі навчання фахових дисциплін. У дослідженні на тему «Формування управлінської компетентності майбутнього керівника закладу освіти в процесі навчання фахових дисциплін» з’ясовано суть поняття управлінської компетентності майбутнього керівника закладу освіти та її структурних компонентів; розроблено модель формування управлінської компетентності майбутнього керівника закладу освіти в процесі навчання фахових дисциплін»; визначено критерії сформованості управлінської компетентності майбутнього керівника закладу освіти; визначено й теоретично обґрунтувано сукупність педагогічних умов формування управлінської компетентності майбутнього керівника закладу освіти в процесі навчання фахових дисциплін; змодельовано процес формування управлінської компетентності майбутнього керівника закладу освіти в процесі навчання фахових дисциплін та перевірити ефективність педагогічних умов та експериментально перевірено ефективність розробленої моделі формування управлінської компетентності майбутніх керівників навчальних закладів у навчальному процесі педагогічних закладів вищої освіти.Дисертація є цілісним комплексним дослідженням, яке спрямоване на формування управлінської компетентності майбутнього керівника закладу освіти в процесі навчання фахових дисциплін, і має безумовну наукову новизну, яка полягає в тому, що:уперше: визначено педагогічні умови формування управлінської компетентності майбутнього керівника закладу освіти в процесі навчання фахових дисциплін (удосконалення змісту фахової підготовки майбутніх керівників закладу освіти шляхом упровадження вибіркової навчальної дисципліни «Інноваційне управління конфліктами та ефективний діалог»; системне використання тренінгових технологій для формування управлінської компетентності майбутнього керівника закладу освіти в процесі навчання фахових дисциплін); розроблено модель формування управлінської компетентності майбутнього керівника закладу освіти в процесі навчання фахових дисциплін, котра складається із трьох структурних блоків (методологічно-цільовий, змістово-процесуальний та результативно-діагностичний); уточнено поняття управлінської компетентності майбутнього керівника закладу освіти та її структурних компонентів, етапи експериментального дослідження, критерії, показники, рівні та методи діагностики сформованості управлінської компетентності;дістало подальшого розвитку: наукове розуміння суті та змісту педагогічних умов формування управлінської компетентності майбутнього керівника закладу освіти в процесі навчання фахових дисциплін; етапи технології реалізації моделі формування управлінської компетентності майбутнього керівника закладу освіти в процесі навчання фахових дисциплін (підготовчий, процесуальний, коригувальний та аналітичний).Практична значущість роботи полягає в розробці та упровадженні авторської моделі формування управлінської компетентності майбутніх керівників навчальних закладів, її змістовому наповненні, експериментальна перевірка якої здійснена на площинах реалізації освітніх компонентів; у доборі та обґрунтуванні діагностичного інструментарію моніторингу досліджуваного процесу, деталізації критеріїв та показників, за допомогою яких може здійснюватися аналіз готовності майбутніх керівників навчальних закладів до управлінської діяльності в процесі вивчення фахових дисциплін; got further development: scientific understanding of essence and maintenance of pedagogical terms of forming of administrative competence of future leader of establishment of education in the process of studies of professional disciplines; the stages of technology of realization of model of forming of administrative competence of future leader of establishment of education are in the process of studies of professional disciplines (preparatory, carried out in a process correcting and analytical).The practical significance of the work consists in the development and implementation of the author's model of the formation of managerial competence of future heads of educational institutions, its content, experimental verification of which was carried out on the planes of implementation of educational components; in the selection and substantiation of diagnostic tools for monitoring the researched process, detailing the criteria and indicators that can be used to analyze the readiness of future heads of educational institutions for managerial activities in the process of studying professional disciplines;
