В дисертаційній роботі досліджено генезис теорії інтеграції у процесі економічного розвитку, наведено науково-методичний підхід до систематизації ієрархічних рівнів нормативно-правового середовища регулювання інтеграційних процесів, розроблено науковий базис багаторівневої систематизації мотивів інтеграції на різних рівнях національної економіки. Розроблено науковий підхід та прикладні інструменти визначення та розрахунку потенціалу сумісності підприємств інтегрованої структури, обґрунтовано методику вибору бізнес-партнера. Побудовано біфуркаційну модель розвитку підприємств сфери зв'язку та інформатизації України під впливом кризових явищ. Розроблено концептуальні основи та складові механізму інтеграції підприємств. Запропоновано концептуальну модель процесу захисту інформаційних ресурсів та нематеріальних активів в інтегрованих системах, концепцію максимізації цінностей під час створення ланцюжка вартості інтегрованої групи підприємств, систему урахування впливу геополітичного фактора на розвиток інтеграційних процесів, прикладний підхід до конвергенції послуг в інтегрованій структурі, фінансові інструменти інтеграційних процесів та імітаційну модель державно-приватного партнерства на основі ERP-системи. Доопрацьовано системно-синергетичний підхід щодо оцінки ефективності інтеграції, науково-прикладний підхід до побудови багатофакторної моделі розвитку сфери зв'язку та інформатизації України, підходи до моделювання маркетингової стратегії та оптимізації оргструктури управління, систему показників оцінки ефективності інтеграції.^UThe aim of the thesis is to substantiate the theoretical, methodological and applied foundations of building integration forms of development of enterprises in the sphere of communication and information in the conditions of digitalization of the economy.The object of the study is the process of integration of enterprises in the sphere of communication and information in the development of the digital environment.The subject of research is the theoretical basis, methodological approaches and practical aspects of the formation and implementation of integration forms of development of enterprises in the field of communication and information. The main scientific result is the substantiation of theoretical, methodological and methodological provisions and practical approaches, which together solve an important scientific problem for the development of integration forms of development of enterprises in the sphere of communication and information in the transformation of the economy. For the first time proved the motives and goals of integration of the enterprises of communication and information at three levels: macro-level, mesolevel and the micro-level; the developed scientific and methodical approach to systematization of normative regulation of activities of integrated enterprises in the sphere of communication; developed scientific-methodical bases of calculation of the potential compatibility of the enterprises of the integrated structure and the technique of selecting a business partner; built a bifurcation model of development of the enterprises of sphere of communication and Informatization of Ukraine under the influence of the crisis phenomena; conceptual bases and components of the mechanism of integration of enterprises are developed; a conceptual model of the process of protection of information resources and intangible assets in integrated systems is proposed, which helps to minimize risks and increase economic security in cyberspace. The concept of maximizing values during the creation of the value chain of an integrated group of enterprises has been improved; the system-synergetic approach to assessing the effectiveness of the integration of enterprises in the sphere of communication and information, which allows to achieve a synergetic effect; scientific and applied approaches to taking into account the influence of the geopolitical factor on the development of integration processes; scientific and applied bases of convergence of services in an integrated structure, which are based on the integration of technological solutions and business processes, marketing decisions and other socio-economic factors; scientific approach to simulation modelling of public-private partnership and business interaction with the elements of ERP-system, using which will form an effective, adaptive and secure it infrastructure for the integration of enterprises.
