Удосконалено підхід до впровадження методичного забезпечення якості управління промисловим підприємством. Ідентифіковано фактори впливу зовнішнього середовища промислових підприємств України на основі індексу глобальної конкурентоспроможності. Обґрунтовано та застосовано методичний підхід до оцінювання якості управління промисловим підприємством. Визначено структуру етапів упровадження системи якості управління промисловим підприємством та здійснено прогноз ефекту від її впровадження. The dissertation analyzes modern theories and approaches to the quality of management. It is substantiated that the methodological quality assurance of enterprise management is interrelated with the global competitiveness index of the country as a whole. The analysis made it possible to determine that a functional approach is one of the key factors that ensures the quality of enterprise management.The dissertation substantiates the relevance of research, development and implementation of methodological quality assurance of industrial enterprise management. Theoretical bases of quality of management of the industrial enterprise are generalized: the economic maintenance of concept "methodical maintenance of quality of management of the industrial enterprise" is defined and specified, components of quality of management are allocated and substantiated, the hierarchy of the purposes and indicators for the purpose of definition of the most influential indicators of management quality is formed.Methodological quality assurance of management at industrial enterprises is the basic theoretical principles, analytical tools, organizational approaches and normative requirements for precise concentration of management functions in accordance with the defined tasks of achievement of the enterprise goals. It is proposed and proved that at the present stage of economic development the category "quality of industrial enterprise management" is determined by the aggregate of the following components: quality of marketing activity, quality of production activity of the enterprise, financial activity,logistics activity, innovation and investment activity, personnel activity of the enterprise. These components must be taken into account in the process of quality management of the enterprise, which will ensure the complexity. An algorithm for the implementation of methodological quality assurance of industrial enterprise management has been developed. Factors of influence of the external environment of industrial enterprises of Ukraine on the basis of the index of global competitiveness are identified. The analysis of the results of the functioning of the domestic economy in the international environment revealed mainly the negative dynamics of the global competitiveness index. The external environment also adversely affects the quality of industrial enterprise management. The methodical approach to the assessment of the quality of industrial enterprise management is substantiated and applied. The results of the development of a methodological approach to the assessment of the quality of management revealed that among the studied components of the overall integral indicator, there is a significant decrease in the personnel component, which primarily emphasizes the more detailed analysis and evaluation of this component.All this testifies to the need for selection and assignment of additional functions to the coordinators of the quality management of industrial enterprise. Improved the sequence and regulation of the stages of implementation of the quality management system of an industrial enterprise and to forecast the effect of its implementation. The organizational maintenance of quality of management of the industrial enterprise is developed. Improved process of organizational quality assurance of enterprise management, the difference of which is in the selection of employees, to refine competencies, advanced training, to provide quality management functions according to vectors of local and global priorities, which allows to effectively perform functional tasks in each of the areas activity of the enterprise. The introduction of comprehensive methodological quality assurance for machine-building enterprise management allows enterprises to improve their operations, to ensure high profitability of enterprise sales, to lower costs, to expand markets, and to improve the quality of enterprise management in general.Keywords: quality, efficiency, management, industrial enterprise, quality of management, index of global competitiveness, methodical maintenance of quality of management of the industrial enterprise.
