У роботі досліджено стратегії розходження суден, що небезпечно зближуються, за допомогою областей небезпечних курсів і швидкостей. Одержано спосіб формування областей для випадку суден з тривалістю перехідних процесів зміни курсів і швидкостей, якими можна знехтувати. Також розглянуті процедури формування областей небезпечних курсів одного судна і швидкостей другого судна, які мають значну інерційність. Одержані способи формування областей у разі зниження швидкості другого судна активним або пасивним гальмуванням. Розглянуто більш складну ситуацію зближення двох суден за наявності третього судна, що заважає, і запропоновано спосіб вибору безпечного маневру розходження.Досліджено вплив стохастичних похибок вимірювань пеленга і дистанції судна на параметри маневру розходження, показано, що визначальнім є закон розподілу векторіальної позиційної похибки. Приведено результати натурних спостережень похибок вимірювання пеленга і дистанції. В завершенні роботи приведено опис імітаційної комп'ютерної програми для перевірки коректності одержаного в дисертаційній роботі способу вибору безпечного маневру розходження суден сумісною зміною курсу одного судна і швидкості іншого судна. При цьому враховується наявність третього судна, що заважає. Отримані результати імітаційного моделювання маневрів розходження в запропонованих ситуаціях небезпечного зближення підтверджують коректність розробленого способу вибору сумісного маневру розходження суден за допомогою областей неприпустимих параметрів з урахуванням наявності третього судна, що заважає, або без нього.У дисертаційній роботі удосконалено спосіб формування області небезпечних курсів і швидкостей пари суден з урахуванням співвідношення їх швидкостей при локально-незалежному управлінні та спосіб формування області небезпечних курсів і швидкостей пари суден з урахуванням їх інерційно-гальмівних характеристик, а також отримала подальший розвиток процедура визначення параметрів сумісного маневру розходження суден з урахуванням їх динаміки.Ключові слова: безпека судноводіння, попередження зіткнень суден, зовнішнє управління, області неприпустимих параметрів руху суден.^UStrategies of divergence of ships which are dangerously drawn together are explored in work, by the regions of dangerous courses and speeds. At first got procedures of forming of region of dangerous courses of one ship and speeds of the second ship taking into account their correlation of speeds and dynamics. The method of forming of regions is got for the case of ships with duration of transitional processes of change of courses and speeds by which it is possible to scorn. Also considered procedures of forming of regions of dangerous courses of one ship and speeds of the second ship, which have considerable inertia. Got methods of forming of regions in the case of decline of speed of the second ship by the active or passive braking.More difficult situation of rapprochement of two ships is also considered at presence of the third ship, that prevents, and the method of choice of safe maneuver of divergence is offered taking into account the third ship, that prevents.Explored influence of stochastic errors of measuring of bearing and distance of ship on the parameters of maneuver of divergence, taking into account dependence of size maximum - possible distance of rapprochement from the errors of measuring. It is shown that the size of its stochastic constituent depends on the law of distributing of vectors position error.Finishing subsection contains the results of model supervisions of errors of measuring of bearing and distance.Description of the imitation computer program for verification of correctness of the method of choice of safe maneuver of divergence of ships got in dissertation work by the compatible change of course of one ship and speed of other ship it is resulted in completion of work.The results of imitation design of maneuvers of divergence laid out in a fifth section in the offered situations of dangerous rapprochement confirm correctness of the developed method of choice of compatible maneuver of divergence of ships by the regions of impermissible parameters taking into account the presence of the third ship, that prevents, or without him.The dissertation has improved the way formation of an area of unsafe courses and speeds of a pair of ships, taking into account the ratio of their speeds with locally independent control and the method formation of areas of unsafe courses and speeds of a pair of ships, taking into account their inertial-braking characteristics, and was further developed the procedure of determining the parameters of the joint maneuver of the divergence of ships, taking their dynamics.Keywords: safety of navigation, warning of collisions of ships, external management, regions of dangerous values of parameters of motion of ships, general maneuver of divergence.
