Розкрито економічну сутність фінансової безпеки як складової національної безпеки держави, досліджено особливості та роль глобалізаційних процесів у фінансовій сфері, проаналізовано методологічні засади систематизації фінансової безпеки держави, упорядковано фактори впливу на рівень фінансової безпеки держави. Схарактеризовано процес побудови ефективної системи формування фінансової безпеки держави, узагальнено методологічні засади формування фінансової безпеки держави, проаналізовано методологічні основи оцінювання стану фінансової безпеки держави. Узагальнено концептуальні основи моніторингу стану фінансової безпеки України, проаналізовано стан безпеки державних фінансів та фінансового ринку України, оцінено фактори зовнішнього фінансового середовища та ідентифіковано внутрішні ризики та загрози фінансовій безпеці України. Окреслено концепції стратегічних фінансових рішень удосконалення механізмів оцінки стану фінансової безпеки України, модернізовано алгоритми діагностування стану фінансової безпеки регіонів України та вдосконалено методичний підхід до експрес-аналізу стану фінансової безпеки України. Обґрунтовано доктринальну модель формування фінансової безпеки України в умовах глобалізаційних змін, модифіковано стратегічні напрями зміцнення фінансової безпеки України в умовах глобалізації та здійснено прогнозування результатів модифікації підходів до зміцнення фінансової безпеки України в умовах глобалізації.Ключові слова: фінансова безпека, глобалізація, економічна безпека, національна безпека, глобалізаційні процеси, фінансова система, фінансові умови.^UThe thesis focuses on the systematic substantiation of theoretical and methodological background and practical approaches to strengthening the financial security of Ukraine in the context of globalization as a providing factor for the effective development of the financial system of the state.The economic essence of financial security as a component of the national security of the state is revealed, the peculiarities and role of globalization processes in the financial sphere are investigated, methodological foundations of the systematization of the financial security of the state are analyzed, and impact factors on the level of financial security of the state are ordered. The authorial vision of the essence of the category “behavioristic approach to the formation of the financial security of the state” is substantiated, which author reads as a specific approach to the formation of financial security and permanent monitoring of the processes and phenomena occurring in the system of its provision, and this approach is based on behavioral and gender aspects, it explores the processes of managerial decisions taking into account mental, psychological and emotional characteristics to predict and control the behavior of the participants of financial relations.The process of building an effective system of formation of the financial security of the state is characterized, the methodological bases of the formation of the financial security of the state are generalized, the methodological bases of the assessment of the state of financial security of the state are analyzed.The conceptual bases for monitoring the state of financial security of Ukraine are summarized, the state of security of public finances and the financial market of Ukraine is analyzed, the factors of the external financial environment are assessed, and internal risks and threats to the financial security of Ukraine are identified.Strategic directions of strengthening of the financial security of Ukraine in the conditions of globalization changes are developed taking into account the results of the conducted SWOT-analysis of the system of ensuring the financial security of Ukraine in the context of globalization, peculiarities of the vector orientation of the development of this system and systematic trends in the sphere of financial technologies that influence the system of strengthening the financial security of the state, and directions for their application. The algorithm of functioning of the P2P lending platform is presented in detail with a comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of its potential functioning in terms of the borrower, investor and financial security of the state, which should be created taking into account the behavioral research conducted within the behavioral approach to the formation and monitoring of financial security.Keywords: financial security, globalization, economic security, national security, globalization processes, financial system, financial conditions.
