Світовою громадськістю насильство визнано однією з найбільш розповсюджених у світі форм порушенн прав людини. Без подолання цього небезпечного явища неможливо створити умови для самореалізації людини, розвитку паритетної демократії, реалізації принципів рівних прав і можливостей кожного громадянина. Як і для багатьох інших країн світу, проблема проявів домашнього насильства між членами сім'ї є досить гострою і для України. Загальновідомо, що в сім’ї закладаються основи буття людини, її духовні, моральні, світоглядні якості, а від психологічного здоров’я родини багато в чому залежить моральний стан суспільства. Поширення проявів домашнього насильства не лише руйнує гармонію і злагоду в сім’ї та спричиняє сімейне неблагополуччя, а і виступає однією з передумов злочинності в суспільстві загалом. Насильницькі дії з боку членів власної родини заподіюють серйознішу психологічну й фізичну шкоду, ніж аналогічні діяння з боку сторонніх осіб. Вони порушують основний принцип життєдіяльності родини – безпечне й комфортне життя будь-якого її члена. Крім того, діти, які виростають у сім’ях, де чиниться насильство, у майбутньому можуть переносити цей негативний досвід у власне життя.^UViolence is recognized by the world public as one of the most widespread forms of human rights violations in the world. As for many other countries of the world, the problem of manifestations of domestic violence between family members is quite acute for Ukraine as well. It is common knowledge that the foundations of a person's existence, his spiritual, moral, and worldview qualities are laid in the family, and the moral state of society largely depends on the psychological health of the family. The spread of domestic violence not only destroys harmony and harmony in the family and causes family trouble, but also acts as one of the prerequisites for crime in society in general. Violent actions by members of one's own family cause more serious psychological and physical damage than similar actions by outsiders. They violate the basic principle of family life - the safe and comfortable existence of any of its members. In addition, children who grow up in families where violence is committed may carry this negative experience into their own lives in the future.The object of research is the process of violence against women. The subject of the study: organizational and substantive conditions of prevention and domestic violence against women. The purpose of the research: on the basis of the analysis of scientific sources and socio-pedagogical practice, to theoretically substantiate, develop and experimentally verify the organizational and substantive conditions for the prevention of domestic violence against women.
