Об’єкт дослідження – Республіка Польща (РП), Чеська Республіка (ЧР), Словацька Республіка (СР), Угорщина як члени V4 у глобалізаційних процесах на шляху євроатлантичної інтеграції на зламі епох. Мета дослідження – проаналізувати професійну підготовку дипломатичних кадрів (ППДК) у державах V4, схарактеризувати особливості розвитку дипломатичної освіти в РП, ЧР, СР, Угорщині. Наукова новизна результатів дослідження полягає в тому, що вперше схарактеризовано генезу ППДК у контексті становлення та розвитку дипломатичних служб РП, ЧР, СР, Угорщини, євроатлантичних процесів. На основі компаративного аналізу виокремлено спільне та відмінне в досвіді ППДК у РП, ЧР, СР, Угорщині, розвитку дипломатичних систем; окреслено можливості використання прогресивних ідей закордоння за умов розвитку ЗВО України; удосконалено положення щодо реалізації особистісно орієнтованого й компетентнісного підходів до ППДК; подальшого розвитку набули положення про дипломатичну персоналістику; культурну дипломатію; розвиток ДО; взаємозв’язок дипломатичних систем і ДО в РП, ЧР, СР, Угорщині; дисидентський дипломатичний рух; інтернаціоналізацію ДО; європейський вимір ППДК, організаційно-дидактичні принципи організації освітнього процесу; положення про організацію ППДК на основі тісної співпраці навчальних закладів та профільних міністерств, закордонних представництв, потенційних працедавців тощо. До наукового обігу введено нові факти, теоретичні ідеї і підходи, обґрунтовані теоретиками і практиками держав V4 щодо розвитку системи ППДК, інтернаціоналізації ДО. Практичне значення результатів дослідження полягає в тому, що його матеріали можна використовувати в діяльності вітчизняних ЗВО, зокрема, у процесі професійної підготовки бакалаврів та магістрів гуманітарних наук зі спеціальностей «Міжнародні відносини, суспільні комунікації та регіональні студії», «Соціальні та поведінкові науки» (спеціальність 052 Політологія).^UThe object of the study is Republic of Poland (RP), the Czech Republic (CzR), Slovak Republic (SR), and Hungary as members of the V4 in globalization processes on the way to Euro-Atlantic integration at the turn of the century. The purpose of the research is to analyze the professional training of diplomatic personnel (PTDP) in the V4 states, to characterize the peculiarities of the development of diplomatic education in the RP, the CzR, the SR, and Hungary. The scientific novelty of the research results is that for the first time, the genesis of the PTDP was characterized in the context of the formation and development of the diplomatic services of the Republic of Poland, the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic, Hungary, and Euro-Atlantic processes. On the basis of a comparative analysis, the common and distinctive features of the experience of the PTDP in the Republic of Poland, the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic, and Hungary, as well as the development of diplomatic systems, have been identified; the possibilities of using progressive ideas from abroad under the conditions of the development of higher education institutions of Ukraine are outlined; provisions regarding the implementation of person-oriented and competence-based approaches to PTDP have been improved; provisions on diplomatic personalism acquired further development; cultural diplomacy; the development of AE; the relationship between diplomatic systems and diplomatic missions in the Republic of Poland, the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic, and Hungary; dissident diplomatic movement; internationalization of AE; the European dimension of PTDP, organizational and didactic principles of organizing the educational process; regulations on the organization of the PTDP on the basis of close cooperation between educational institutions and relevant ministries, foreign missions, potential employers, etc. New facts, theoretical ideas and approaches substantiated by theoreticians and practitioners of the V4 countries regarding the development of the PTDP system and the internationalization of AE have been introduced into the scientific circulation. The practical significance of the research results lies in the fact that its materials can be used in the activities of domestic higher education institutions, in particular, in the process of professional training of bachelors and masters of humanitarian sciences in the specialties "International relations, public communications and regional studies", "Social and behavioral sciences" (specialty 052 Political Science).
