Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня кандидата економічних наук за спеціальністю 08.00.04 – економіка та управління підприємствами (за видами економічної діяльності). – Класичний приватний університет, Запоріжжя, 2020.У дисертації розкрито теоретичні основи інституційного забезпечення лібералізації економіки та підприємницької діяльності, основи державного регулювання й підтримки лібералізації підприємницької діяльності, сутність і трансформацію підприємницької діяльності в корпоративну високотехнологічну форму.Проведено порівняльний аналіз науково-методичних підходів до розвитку підприємництва та визначення високих технологій, проаналізовано організаційно-економічні чинники лібералізації високотехнологічного корпоративного підприємництва; визначено проблеми розвитку високотехнологічного корпоративного підприємництва.Запропоновано напрями трансформації системи управлення високотехнологічними корпораціями на основі впровадження Стратегії розвитку сфери інформаційної діяльності на період до 2030 р.; сформовано нові підходи до системи управління в структурах високотехнологічного бізнесу; визначено напрями розвитку високотехнологічних підприємницьких структур сфери ІТ-технологій на основі доступу в мережі Інтернет.^UIn the dissertation the theoretical bases of institutional support of liberalization of economy and business activity, bases of state regulation and support of liberalization of business activity, essence and transformation of business activity into corporate high – tech form are revealed. The main prerequisites for creating the institutional foundations of state support for business liberalization in our country are the following: economic growth through the activation of entrepreneurial activity and the use of effective mechanisms to transform this activity and social expectations of business entities into effectively operating entrepreneurial structures; formation of such bases on modern methodological approaches and thorough theoretical research that will allow to form an effective system of state regulation of development and liberalization of business activity; formation of the system of development and liberalization of entrepreneurial activity, which is based on and elements of global, institutional, state regulation; the use of various forms of state support for small business, which can be classified by the nature of the state's influence on the activity of small enterprises, depending on which distinguish two types of this influence: direct and indirect; active activity of all bodies of state administration of Ukraine in the sphere of liberalization of business activity, implementation of programs of support of small business.The comparative analysis of scientific and methodological approaches to the development of entrepreneurship and determination of high technologies, the analysis of organizational and economic factors of liberalization of high-tech corporate entrepreneurship, the problems of development of high-tech corporate entrepreneurship are conducted. The following forms of project financing were identified: financing from the corporate budget, grant form of funding, form of financing by supporting the activities of engineering schools, supporting the activity of spin – out companies, jointly established by scientific and educational institutions and business structures for the implementation of high-tech projects, support activities. start-up companies created jointly by scientific-educational institutions and business structures for the implementation of high-tech projects based on and offers creative teams.
