У дисертації вперше досліджено тенденції професійної підготовки фахівців із циркулярної економіки у Республіці Фінляндія, Республіці Польща і Україні в контексті досягнення цілей сталого розвитку. З’ясовано стан досліджуваної проблеми у педагогічній теорії та практиці; здійснено економічний аналіз актуальності підготовки фахівців із циркулярної економіки для повоєнного відновлення України; порівняльний аналіз базових понять дослідження у фінському, польському та українському науковому просторі; розкрито методологію дослідження, обґрунтовано критерії порівняння (спонукально-мотиваційний, організаційний, змістовно-процесуальний, прогностично-перспективний) тенденцій професійної підготовки фахівців із циркулярної економіки у Фінляндії, Польщі і Україні. Визначено подібні та специфічні тенденції професійної підготовки фахівців із циркулярної економіки у Фінляндії, Польщі і Україні. Встановлено, що провідною тенденцією для всіх країн, що досліджувалися, є спрямованість професійної підготовки фахівців із циркулярної економіки на досягнення цілей сталого розвитку. Визначено перспективні напрями впровадження в Україні фінського і польського досвіду професійної підготовки фахівців із циркулярної економіки та відповідно до цих напрямів сформовано рекомендації, зокрема: розроблення нормативно-правового забезпечення екологізації економіки засобами освіти; розвиток «циркулярного» ринку праці; розширення класифікатору професій, створення банку «циркулярних» професій; розширення кола суб’єктів, задіяних у підготовці фахівців із циркулярної економіки; розроблення змісту навчання циркулярної економіки відповідно до потреб України та пріоритетних секторів упровадження циркулярної економіки; формування системи навчання циркулярної економіки, починаючи з дошкільного віку; практико-орієнтований характер професійної підготовки фахівців; залучення до організації освітнього процесу замовників фахівців із циркулярної економіки. Важливого значення набуває усвідомлення циркулярної економіки як міжсуспільної економічної моделі повоєнного відновлення України на засадах сталого розвитку.Ключові слова: циркулярна економіка, професійна підготовка, фахівці з циркулярної економіки, тенденції професійної підготовки, порівняльний аналіз, сталий розвиток, цілі сталого розвитку, Фінляндська Республіка, Республіка Польща, Україна.^UIn the thesis, for the first time, the professional training of circular economy specialists in the Republic of Finland, the Republic of Poland and Ukraine in the context of achieving the goals of sustainable development has been investigated. The state of the investigated problem in pedagogical theory and practice has been clarified; the economic analysis regarding the relevance of the training of circular economy specialists for the post-war recovery of Ukraine on the basis of sustainable development has been carried out; the comparative analysis of the basic concepts of research in the Finnish, Polish and Ukrainian scientific space has been carried out; the research methodology has been disclosed, the research concept has been formed, and the criteria for comparison (incentive-motivational, organizational, content-processual, prognostic-perspective) of trends in the professional training of circular economy specialists in Finland, Poland, and Ukraine have been substantiated. The trends of professional training of circular economy specialists in the Republic of Finland, the Republic of Poland and Ukraine have been studied and their comparative analysis has been carried out in accordance with the defined comparison criteria. The leading trend for all the studied countries is the orientation of the professional training of circular economy specialists to achieve the goals of sustainable development. The comparative analysis of the organization, content, forms, and methods of the professional training of circular economy specialists in Finland, Poland, and Ukraine has proven that similar trends in the Republic of Finland, the Republic of Poland, and Ukraine include: creation of a legal framework for the transition to the circular economy, training of specialists in this direction; development and provision of educational programs for the professional training of specialists on circular economy issues in higher education; distribution of the best experience of implementing circular economy models. Among the specific trends, it is appropriate to single out: in the Republic of Finland - the systemic interaction of subjects (the state - educational institutions - participants - the labor market) in the implementation of the goals of sustainable development, the national model of the circular economy and the training of circular economy specialists; existence of the «circular» labor market and «circular» professions; in the Republic of Poland – initiation of professional training of circular economy specialists in higher education institutions; the priority role of the postgraduate education system in the training of circular economy specialists; expansion of circular economy subjects; involvement of representatives of business and science in the educational process; in Ukraine – lack of a comprehensive system of professional training of circular economy specialists; the leading role of higher education institutions in the development of educational and work programs for training students in issues related to the circular economy. Prospective directions for the implementation in Ukraine of the Finnish and Polish experience of the professional training of circular economy specialists have been determined, and recommendations for Ukraine have been formed, in particular: the development of regulatory and legal support for the greening of the economy by means of education; creation of a circular labour market; expansion of the classifier of professions, creation of a bank of «circular» professions; expanding the circle of subjects involved in the training of circular economy specialists; development of the content of circular economy training in accordance with the needs of Ukraine and priority sectors for the implementation of the circular economy; formation of a circular economy education system starting from preschool age; recognition of the priority of the education system (higher, vocational and technical, postgraduate, adult education) in solving the problems of transformation of the economy to a circular one; digitization and practice-oriented character of the vocational training of specialists; involvement in the organization of the educational process of employers, stakeholders, other specialists and institutions that are customers of circular economy specialists.
