У дисертації здійснено нове вирішення наукового завдання – розробка теоретико-методичних положень та науково-практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення рівня розвитку інноваційного підприємництва регіону. Узагальнено наукові підходи до визначення поняття «інноваційне підприємництво», запропоновано комплексний науково-методичний підхід до дослідження регіональних особливостей розвитку інноваційного підприємництва. Розроблено підхід до класифікації чинників розвитку інноваційного підприємництва регіону. Запропоновано форми розвитку інноваційного підприємництва регіону.Запропоновано методичний підхід до аналізу та оцінки регіональних особливостей розвитку інноваційного підприємництва. Проведено аналіз та оцінку розвитку інноваційного підприємництва регіонів держави. Проведено ранжування регіонів України за показниками розвитку інноваційного підприємництва. Визначено регіони-лідери та регіони-аутсайдери за рівнем розвитку інноваційного підприємництва. Виявлено регіональні особливості розвитку інноваційного підприємництва.Розроблено організаційно-економічний механізм розвитку інноваційного підприємництва регіону. Сформовано уніфіковану матрицю побудови регіональної інноваційної стратегії. Запропоновано елементи інституційного забезпечення розвитку інноваційного підприємництва регіону.^UThe dissertation provides a new solution to the scientific problem – the development of theoretical and methodological provisions and scientific and practical recommendations for improving the level of development of innovative entrepreneurship in the region. Scientific approaches to the definition of the concept of “innovative entrepreneurship” are generalized, a comprehensive scientific and methodological approach to the study of regional features of the development of innovative entrepreneurship is proposed, which allows us to determine the priority territories for the development of the studied processes and determine the vectors of improving the organizational and economic mechanism for the development of innovative entrepreneurship in the region.A methodological approach to the analysis and assessment of regional features of the development of innovative entrepreneurship is proposed, taking into account such areas as assessment of the stages of development of innovative entrepreneurship in the region (applied research, commercialization, applied development, innovative product); assessment of forms of integration of innovative entrepreneurship in the region (science, production); assessment of entrepreneurial income (income received from the sale of innovative products that characterize the innovativeness of regional development). An approach to the classification of factors for the development of innovative entrepreneurship in the region is proposed. The forms of implementation of innovative entrepreneurship in the region are substantiated.The ranking of regions of Ukraine by indicators of innovative entrepreneurship development was carried out. Leading regions and outsider regions in terms of innovative entrepreneurship development are identified. Regional features of the development of innovative entrepreneurship are revealed. They are the absence of a close relationship between the level of industrial development of the region and the level of their innovative activity; a significant differentiation of indicators by the level of development of innovative entrepreneurship; a tendency to reduce the innovative activity of enterprises of industrial complexes in most regions of the state; the predominance of innovation diffusion; low share of innovative products in regional industrial output.The priorities for the development of innovative entrepreneurship in the region are defined and detailed. They include: the formation and implementation of competitive regional innovation products; improving the quality of the institutional infrastructure of the region; improving information support for innovation processes in the region; providing high-quality training of specialists in the field of innovative entrepreneurship in the region; stimulating regional business entities to ensure innovation activity.An organizational and economic mechanism for the development of innovative entrepreneurship in the region has been formed. The mechanism consists of methods, tools, principles and levers of an organizational, economic and legal nature, which together ensure the effective use of the resource potential of the region, the realization of the potential and balancing the interests of all stakeholders in the process of ensuring the development of innovative entrepreneurship in the region. A unified matrix of building a regional innovation strategy as a direction for ensuring the development of innovative entrepreneurship in the region has been formed, which can be applied for all types of innovative development of Regions.
