Об’єктом дослідження є процеси формування та розвитку венчурних структур в умовах реформування національної економіки. Метою дослідження є розроблення концептуальних, методологічних, методичних та інструментально-прикладних основ формування та розвитку венчурних структур в умовах активізації інноваційної діяльності. Автором використано методи: загальнотеоретичні, специфічні, міждисциплінарні, порівняльного аналізу, системний, деталізації та синтезу, статистичного аналізу, економетричного моделювання, методи штучного інтелекту, метод таксономічного аналізу, темповий метод, методи та прийоми графічного та табличного відображення, абстрактно-логічний метод. Теоретична цінність результатів дисертаційної роботи полягає у дослідженні теоретичних засад щодо формування та розвитку венчурних структур в умовах активізації інноваційної діяльності. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів: автором вперше побудовано модель системного оцінювання розвитку венчурної структури; розроблено підхід, за яким венчурна структура розглядається як бізнес-утворення двоїстої сутності, діяльність яких підпорядкована державним регуляторам з метою досягнення спільної мети – забезпечення соціально-економічного розвитку національної економіки шляхом активізації інноваційної діяльності; розроблено положення, згідно якого основним структуроформуючим елементом венчурного підприємництва вважається інноваційна сфера, що актуалізує інноваційний напрям розвитку національної економіки у злагодженій взаємодії з іншими сферами венчурної діяльності (управлінською, фінансовою, комерційною); удосконалено: концептуальну модель формування венчурної структури; метод оцінювання розвитку венчурної структури, який базується на аналізуванні сфер венчурної діяльності за інтегральними показниками; модель формування портфелю активів суб’єктів венчурного підприємництва; метод формування та забезпечення функціонування венчурної структури за модифікованою багатокритеріальною оптимізаційною моделлю в умовах сталого розвитку; підхід до виявлення закономірностей зміни критеріїв венчурної діяльності; розвинуто понятійно-термінологічний апарат формування та розвитку венчурних структур в умовах активізації інноваційної діяльності; зміст венчурної діяльності, її види, сфери, елементи венчурної структури, типологія венчурних структур, типологія венчурних інноваційних підприємств, чинники впливу, типологія чинників впливу на формування і розвиток венчурної структури; підхід зі встановлення та оцінювання розвитку венчурної структури на основі розрахунку відстані від уявного об’єкта з оптимальними (еталонними) характеристиками з використанням засобів таксономічного аналізу; систему бізнес-аналізу венчурної діяльності. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методологічні та методичні положення щодо формування та розвитку венчурних структур в умовах активізації інноваційної діяльності. Рекомендації автора застосовуються щодо формування та розвитку венчурних структур в умовах активізації інноваційної діяльності. Сферою використання авторських рекомендацій є венчурні структури та підприємства різних видів економічної діяльності (на прикладі ринку електромобілів).^UThe object of the study is the process of formation and development of venture structures in the conditions of activation innovative activity. The research aims to the conceptual, methodological, methodical and instrumental-applied foundations for the formation and development of venture structures in the conditions of activation innovative activity. The author used such methods as: general theoretical, specific, interdisciplinary, comparative analysis, systemic, detailing and synthesis, statistical analysis, econometric modeling, methods of artificial intelligence, method of taxonomic analysis, tempo method, methods and techniques of graphical and tabular display, abstract logical method. The theoretical value of the thesis refers to the study of the theoretical principles of formation and development of venture structures in the conditions of activation innovative activity. Scientific novelty of the results: for the first time, the author's a model of systematic evaluation of the development of the venture structure has been built; an approach has been developed, according to which the venture structure is considered as a business entity of a dual nature, the activities of which are subordinated to state regulators with the aim of achieving a common goal - ensuring the social and economic development of the national economy through the activation of innovative activities; a provision has been developed according to which the main structural element of venture entrepreneurship is considered to be the innovative sphere, which actualizes the innovative direction of the development of the national economy in coordinated interaction with other spheres of venture activity (management, financial, commercial); has been improved: the conceptual model of venture structure formation; the method of assessing the development of the venture structure, which is based on the analysis of the spheres of venture activity by integral indicators; the model of formation of the portfolio of assets of venture entrepreneurship subjects; the method of forming and ensuring the functioning of the venture structure according to the modified multi-criteria optimization model in the conditions of sustainable development; the approach to identifying patterns of changes in venture activity criteria; has been developed: the conceptual and terminological apparatus for the formation and development of venture structures in the conditions of the activation of innovative activity; the content of venture activity, its types, spheres, elements of venture structure, typology of venture structures, typology of venture innovation enterprises, influencing factors, typology of influencing factors on formation and development of venture structure; the approach to establishing and evaluating the development of a venture structure based on the calculation of the distance from an imaginary object with optimal (reference) characteristics using taxonomic analysis tools; the system of business analysis of venture activity. The subject of research are theoretical, methodological and methodical provisions on the formation and development of venture structures in the conditions of activation innovative activity. Author's recommendations are applied to the formation and development of venture structures in the conditions of the activation of innovative activities. The scope of use of the author's recommendations is venture structures and enterprises of various types of economic activity (using the example of the electric car market).
