У дисертаційній роботі здійснено теоретичне узагальнення та запропоновано вирішення важливої науково-прикладної проблеми, яке полягає у розробці концептуальних, теоретико-методичних та практичних рекомендацій щодо забезпечення логістичної діяльності у промисловому комплексі національної економіки. Отримані наукові результати сприятимуть підвищенню ефективності логістичної діяльності та розвитку промислового комплексу у національному макроекономічному середовищі. Розроблено концептуальну основу формування інноваційної логістики у промисловому комплексі національної економіки, яка доповнюється взаємопов'язаними теоретико-методичними компонентами, що сприяє трансформації базової логістики в інноваційну під впливом технологічних, організаційно-функціональних, управлінських і комунікаційних видів інновацій, з метою забезпечення вирішення спектру необхідних функцій та задач, спрямованих на реалізацію стратегічних цілей суб'єктів промислового комплексу. Запропоновано моделювання в системі забезпечення логістичної діяльності промислового комплексу. Сформовано концептуальний базис логістичного підходу до управління розвитком промислового комплексу, який ґрунтується на селективності варіативних підходів та включає системні елементи. Обґрунтовані наукові підходи до формування механізму управління логістичною діяльністю промислового комплексу. Запропоновано оцінку ефективності логістичної діяльності промислового комплексу^UThe theoretical generalization is carried out and the solution of the important scientific-applied problem is offered in the dissertation, which consists in the development of conceptual, theoretical, methodological and practical recommendations for ensuring the logistics activities in the industrial complex of the national economy. The obtained scientific results will contribute to improving the efficiency of logistic activity and the development of the industrial complex in the national macroeconomic environment.The conceptual basis for the formation of innovative logistics in the industrial complex of the national economy has been formed, which is complemented by interrelated theoretical and methodological components, which contributes to the transformation of basic logistics into innovative under the influence of technological, organizational, functional, managerial and communication types of innovations, in order to provide a solution to the spectrum of necessary functions and tasks aimed at achieving the strategic goals of the subjects of the industrial omplex.Substantiated scientific approaches to the formation of a mechanism for managing the logistics activity of an industrial complex, which determine a multicomponent system of coordination between interacting elements and they are based on their integral-vertical functionality, which makes possible permanent of the interconnection, сonsidering the factor environment and increasing authenticity of performance of the actions, as well as the composition and efficiency of solving the tasks, in order to reduce the riskiness of the logistics management system and due to the optimal movement of stream processes, it enables the dynamic development of the industrial complex.Modeling in the system of logistic activity of industrial complex is offered, which is accompanied by a multi-stage iterative process of creation and studying of an abstract version of the real system, aimed at identifying trends of development and possible negative consequences of functioning and interrelation of segmental components of logistic activity under the influence of exogenous and endogenous factors, that will allow to increase competitiveness and efficiency of business activity in the industrial complex.The conceptual basis of the logistic approach to managing the development of the industrial complex has been formed, which is based on the selectivity of variable approaches and includes system elements, the logical use of which affects the strategic directions of development of the industrial complex, taking into account the integrated logistic approach and the principles of complexity, dynamism, transparency and synergy, provides an opportunity to identify the most effective segments that affect the potential strategic development of business entities in the national macroeconomic environment.The theoretical and methodological foundations for assessing the effectiveness of the logistics activity of an industrial complex received further development, as opposed to existing ones, include using of a composite system of indicators and a set of criteria, which makes it possible to carry out a justified assessment of the effectiveness of the components of the logistics activity of an industrial complex in order to coordinate and optimize the movement of stream processes.
