Дисертацію присвячено поглибленню теоретичного, методичного забезпечення та розробленню практичних рекомендацій з управління еколого-економічним розвитком промислових підприємств у їх внутрішньому і зовнішньому середовищі. У дисертації узагальнено теоретичне забезпечення та обґрунтовано концептуальний підхід до управління еколого-економічним розвитком промислового підприємства. Обґрунтовано і розроблено організаційно-економічний механізм управління еколого-економічним розвитком промислового підприємства. Узагальнено теоретичне забезпечення управління еколого-економічним розвитком підприємств у стратегічному періоді для формування їхньої еколого-економічної політики. Для актуалізації методичних пропозицій за основними показниками, що характеризують стан економічних і екологічних процесів, здійснено аналіз результатів еколого-економічного розвитку промислових підприємств на макро- і мезоекономічному рівнях та у їхньому внутрішньому середовищі. Доведено, що отримані результати в основному зумовлюються існуючим взаємозв'язком інституціонального забезпечення управління еколого-економічним розвитком промислових підприємств у їхньому зовнішньому і внутрішньому середовищі. З метою покращення результатів еколого-економічного розвитку запропоновано методичний підхід до обґрунтування інноваційно-інвестиційних проектів еколого-економічного розвитку промислових підприємств, що надасть йому інноваційної спрямованості. Згенеровано організаційно-економічне забезпечення процесу управління еколого-економічним розвитком промислових підприємств на основі вперше запропонованої послідовності вибору їх еколого-економічної політики. Розроблено методичне забезпечення моніторингу еколого-економічного розвитку промислового підприємства та методичний підхід до мотивації персоналу.^UThe thesis is devoted to improvement of theoretical, methodical support and development of practical recommendations on management of ecological and economic development of the industrial enterprises taking into account influence of internal and external environment.The dissertation generalizes the theoretical support and substantiates the conceptual approach to the management of ecological and economic development of an industrial enterprise. Specificity of such approach is in actualization of the conditions of its implementation, object, subject, principles, concepts, methods in accordance with modern realities of use of natural and economic resources. This allows to develop methodological support for environmental and economic development of economic entities according to basic management functions for making economic relations ecological at the macro- and microeconomic levels.The developed conceptual approach is the basis of the developed organizational and economic mechanism of management of ecological and economic development of industrial enterprise. The distinctions of the approach are the composition and content of three main internal subsystems: organizational and managerial, social and ecological and economic subsystem of production activity. By the results this economic policy of the enterprise can be chosen, as well as foreign state environmental and economic policy, which has a direct impact and creates conditions for the intensification of environmental and economic development of economic entities. Since the core of the conceptual approach and mechanism is the strategic aspect, the dissertation summarizes the theoretical support of the peculiarities of the formation of enterprise strategies and their environmental and economic development policy. It is determined that one of the main factors of negative impact on the ecological and economic development of the state in general, and industrial enterprises, in particular, is the irrationality of nature management in the industrial production activities of society. Based on the analysis of the state of management of ecological and economic development of the studied industrial enterprises, its main problems are identified, which are improper storage and utilization of industrial waste, a sharp increase in the amount of waste generated by industrial enterprises and others. According to the results of statistical analysis of ecological and economic development of industrial enterprises in their external and internal environment, the interrelation of institutional support of ecological and economic development management is substantiated. Peculiarity of this support is in coordination of institutional rules and structures at the international, macroeconomic levels in the external environment and the level of national enterprises in their internal environment with the addition of the latest proposals on the organization of ecological and economic management and its social focus on staff motivation and culture of ecologic activity. A methodological approach to substantiation of innovation and investment projects of environmental and economic development of industrial enterprises is elaborated to ensure the innovative orientation of environmental and economic development of enterprises. For the first time, a sequence of substantiation of the choice of ecological and economic policy of an industrial enterprise for managing its ecological and economic development is proposed according to two main components: types of development of competitive strategy and its ecological consequences. In accordance to these components a set of preventive and motivational types of basic ecological and economic policy is formed. The mentioned types take into account ecological priorities of ecological and economic development of the enterprise on the basis of a portfolio of strategic innovation and investment projects of ecological direction;Methodological support for monitoring the ecological and economic development of industrial enterprises is improved. This support, in contrast to the existing ones, involves assessing the relationship between three components: economic development of the enterprise, ecological and economic development of environmental protection by types of environmental measures, environmental factors, based on use of methods of the main components and the canonical analysis. That will promote revealing of significant factors for preferential management of ecological and economic development of the enterprises and regions. A methodical approach to staff motivation as one of the main management functions to ensure the ecological and economic development of an industrial enterprise is elaborated. The peculiarity of the approach is the combination of ecological and economic interests of employees and the enterprise based on the coordination of their goals taking into account the achieved resource conservation for each category of staff.
