Обґрунтовано методичний інструментарій формування та оцінкиланцюгів інформаційно-комунікаційного забезпечення економічної безпекипідприємств зв'язку.^UThe dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and methodologicalfoundations development and the substantiation of applied recommendations forimproving the information and communication support of the communicationsenterprises economic security.The paper reveals the essential characteristics, components and tasks ofbuilding the enterprises economic security of in the context of the widespreadintroduction of digitalization. Identification features of the mechanism ofinformation and communication support for the communications enterpriseseconomic security have been established. Scientific approaches to determining theeffectiveness of information and communication support for the communicationsenterprises economic security have been improved. Theoretical approaches to theidentification of the essence and components of enterprises economic security areconsidered, the goals, objectives, principles and stages of building enterpriseseconomic security are specified, the directions for its support and development aredetermined taking into account the impact of crisis processes and changes inbusiness values and priorities of modern enterprises in the context of widespreaduse of information-communication technologies. In particular, it is substantiatedthat it is advisable to build the economic security of the enterprise according to thefollowing blocks: planning and forecasting block; information block; analyticalunit; control unit; power block; communication unit.The state is characterized and trends in information and communicationsupport for the communications enterprises economic security are identified. Themechanism of information and communication support for the communicationsenterprises economic security is evaluated. The effectiveness of information andcommunication support for the economic security of communications enterpriseshave been determined. The tendencies of information and communication supportfor the communications enterprises economic security have been identified, amongwhich the key ones have been identified: the total number of communicationsenterprises has been reduced due to small enterprises, especially small internetoperators; the number of communications enterprises that have made a profit isgrowing, while the number of communications companies that have sufferedlosses is reduced; competition between communications enterprises is intensifying; the number of staff is growing, they used a computer; the number ofcommunication enterprises is reduced, they conducted training in the field of ict,that is, the importance of staff competencies is growing; the number ofcommunication enterprises using computers with the internet is growing; fixedinvestment volumes are growing; the number of communications enterprises isgrowing; they have used broadband internet access.
