Обґрунтовано доцільність використання потоково-проектного підходудо формування ресурсного забезпечення розвитку підприємства на основіупорядкування стратегічних ресурсних потоків як цілісної сукупності економічноумовно однорідних об'єктів (ресурсів), що визначається системно-динамічнимхарактером упорядкування кількісних та якісних параметрів розподілу у просторі та часівідповідно до вимог забезпечення реалізації комплексу проектів розвитку підприємства.Проаналізовано динаміку та визначено детермінанти забезпечення ефективностівикористання ресурсів підприємств електротехнічної галузі промисловості України.Здійснено узагальнення стану ресурсного забезпечення підприємств на основі проведенняпорівняльного конкурентного аналізу результатів використання ресурсів за групоюконкурентів. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо стратегічного планування ресурсногозабезпечення розвитку підприємства з урахуванням еколого-економічних пріоритетів.Запропоновано методичний підхід до розподілу стратегічних ресурснихпотоків при формуванні ресурсного забезпечення стратегії розвитку підприємства.Розроблено методичний підхід до стратегічного планування заходів щодопідвищення ефективності ресурсного забезпечення розвитку підприємства.Запропоновано методичний підхід до оцінки та відбору постачальників стратегічнихресурсів на основі узагальнення вимог щодо забезпечення гнучкості таадаптивності, стабільності постачань в системі ресурсного забезпечення розвиткупідприємства. Natural resources and products objective character supplyavailable sources general tendencies towards limitation manifestation of their primaryprocessing due to extreme increase humanity productive activity scale is proved.The dynamics and the determinants of enterprises resources using efficiencyensuring under structural conditions and the economy innovative transformation aredetermined and analyzed. The enterprises resource efficiency analysis of the electrotechnical industry of Ukraine is carried out. Enterprises resource provision state generalizationis made on the basis of using resources comparative competitive analysis results by a group ofcompetitors. The strategic planning process expediency of supplementing the methodologicalfoundations in the sphere of resource support is proved by defining and taking into accountthe ecological and economic priorities of the enterprise forming and using the resourcebase development in accordance with the assessment of the competitive strategyimplementation needs and the nature of the envisaged ecological and economic effect. Theresource support recommendations on strategic planning of the enterprise developmenttaking into account ecological and economic priorities are offered.A methodical approach to the strategic resource flows distribution in the formationof resource support for the enterprise development strategy is proposed. The expediency ofconsidering the resource support system of the enterprise development strategy as formedin the management functional subsystems interaction framework of the cyclic communicationsdevelopment, oriented to maintain a high level ability to adapt to changes in the economicenvironment with the feedbacks presence, is substantiated. The index system compositionsubstantiation is given and recommendations are made regarding the assessment of theenterprise development strategy resource system organization level. A methodologicalapproach to strategic planning to increase the efficiency measures of the enterprisedevelopment resource support has been developed. A methodological approach to evaluateand select strategic resources based on the generalization suppliers of requirements forproviding flexibility and adaptability, stability of enterprise resource support supply in thedevelopment system is proposed. The sequence of measures strategic planning to increasethe enterprise development resource support efficiency is proposed.
