Використовуючи анізотропну теорію пружності, розраховано напруження у напівкруглих пластинчастих змішаних вигнутих брусках, підданих дії кінцевих сил і кінцевих згинальних моментів, визначено їх радіальні положення. Представлено сім'ю креслень кривих, показано зміну інтенсивності напружень та їх радіальних положень за різної геометрії і рівнів анізотропії напівкруглих кривих. Вплив анізотропії на положенні піків розшарування напруження визначено як малий. Використано програмний пакет MathCAD 14 для одержання максимально точних результатів.

Фрикційні матеріали, які використовуються для гальмівних накладок, є композитами з високим ступенем гетерогенності. Взаємозв'язок між складом суміші, кінцевими властивостями матеріалу та його експлуатаційними характеристиками вивчено недостатньо. Гетерогенність цих матеріалів зумовлена різноманітністю інгредієнтів (їх морфологією, розмірами, властивостями тощо), а також процесом виготовлення, що включає ряд послідовних етапів: змішування, попереднє формування, гаряче формування і подальше отвердження. Серед цих процесів змішування справляє великий вплив на мікроструктуру матеріалу (з огляду розподілу інгредієнтів) і, отже, на його механічні властивості. Однак опанування процесу змішування складне, оскільки він і дотепер грунтується на емпіричному досвіді виробників. Розроблено новий метод і методику оцінки якості змішування складових фрикційних матеріалів. Передусім, метод полягає у вивченні фізичних властивостей складових, що надасть змогу полегшити аналіз перебігу процесу змішування. Такий аналіз включає 2 етапи: вивчення дво- та багатокомпонентних сумішей. Для оцінки змішування передбачається застосування не пов'язаного з великими витратами часу методу аналізу зображень за допомогою двох статистичних коефіцієнтів. Це ексцес і коефіцієнт варіації, які надають змогу описати якість процесу змішування та еволюцію стану поверхні змішуваного об'єму, а також оцінити тривалість змішування.

The present manual is intended to help English-speaking students of higher medical educational institutions in studying Ophthalmology, preparing for practical classes and passing the final module control in this subject. The material of the manual is presented in 17 chapters, in compliance with the curriculum for training medical professionals.

The monograph examines the development of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the light of European integration processes, analytical work in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, legal regulation of the activities of central executive authorities, the activities of which are directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, gender equality in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Doctrinal aspects have become the basis for the developed proposals to improve the legal and organizational support of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Guard of Ukraine and the central executive authorities, whose activities are directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

Recommendations for the development of a state internal audit system in conditions of using digital technologies have been elaborated. It was established that the procedures of conducting state internal audits change under influence of digitization. Conformity of the stages of audit digitization and the applied digital technologies was established. Foreign experience in the digitization of the state internal audit was analyzed. It was also established that the active application of artificial intelligence technologies may be one of the probable scenarios of the development of the state internal audit system in foreign countries in the near future. Types of digital technologies were systematized depending on the field of state internal audit. It was found that the maximum effect from the use of digital technologies in the field of audit will take place in the case of their synergistic combination. Coordinated interaction between constituent elements of the state internal audit has been established. This has made it possible to present the process of development of the state internal audit system in conditions of digitization and determine its main objective: ensure greater transparency and efficiency of accounting for tangible assets by means of new digital technologies. Taking into account the above, a mechanism of development of the system of state internal audit in conditions of use of digital technologies was offered. It is based on corresponding directions and measures. It was established that to assess the efficiency of development of the state internal audit system in conditions of application of digital technologies, it is advisable to use the indicators reflecting overall results of measures taken in state financial control. The application of the proposed mechanism will make it possible to establish the effect of digital technologies on the development of the state internal audit.
