In chapter I of this monograph, author investigated contradictions in decisions of international investment tribunals and the basic distinction between the two types of contradictions in investment arbitration awards. In chapter II, author provided the background facts and procedural history of the cases analyzed in research. Such as: the Argentinian Cases brought under the auspices of ICSID; the Czech Cases brought under the UNCITRAL Rules; the NAFTA Cases brought under the ICSID Additional Facility. In Part III of this monograph, author discussed the possible factors contributing to the occurrence of contradictory findings in investment arbitration. Chapter IV is dedicated to the possible solutions to the issue of conflicting awards in international investment arbitration. The author researches and describes the most suitable way of tackling the problem of conflicting findings in international investment arbitration.
