The tungsten deposits of skarn, hydrothermal, and greisen genetic types, related to granites, have a biggest significance in the world. But Ukraine has no potential for these types of ore mineralization, although the problem of tungsten raw materials in Ukraine can be solved because of new types of mineralization, related to intrusions. In the world and in Ukraine, there are numerous evidences for the association of tungsten and basic-hyperbasic complexes, which gives us a possibility to propose the evolution line of siderophile tungsten mineralization and to subdivide it into three genetic groups: simultaneous (magmatic, cabonatitic), accompanying aftermagmatic (rodinitic, listvenitic), and superimposed telethermal (hydrothermal, listvenitic) ones.

Experimental data accumulated up to this time allow one to revise and to expand notions on the tungsten ore genesis conditions and metallogeny. Besides the traditionally known industrial deposits associated with granitoid magmatism, it is possible to pick out the basaltofilling mineralization revealed in the structures of basite-ultrabasite magmatism. It is necessary to attract attention to the metamorphogenic mineralization (scheelite-bearing quartzites, skarnoides, tactites). By the example of foreign countries, its potential industrial significance is determined. All these genetically heterogeneous ore formations have different conditions and the mechanism of formation and are referred to many-type geotectonic structures.
