Наведено у загальному виді модель оцінки ризику виходу експедитора на ринок транспортних послуг та алгоритм імітаційного експерименту для оцінки впливу параметрів попиту на ризики експедиторів. Описано результати експериментальних досліджень. Запропоновано регресійну модель для оцінки ризику, одержану на підставі результатів імітаційного експерименту.

Рассмотрены направления исследований транспортно-пересадочных узлов и приведена их систематизация. Выявлено, что наиболее перспективным подходом повышения эффективности является обеспечение их устойчивого развития. Для этого необходимо совершенствовать технологическую форму взаимодействия пассажирского транспорта и синхронизировать расписания его движения.

Розглянуто основні транспортні процеси у зоні дії транспортно-пересадочних вузлів як для пасажирів, так і для пасажирського транспорту. Процес функціонування транспортно-пересадочного вузла надано у вигляді кібернетичної моделі сірої скрині.

Наведено результати аналізу підходів до формування альтернативних варіантів транспортно-технологічних схем доставки вантажів. Запропоновано критерій визначення оптимальної транспортно-технологічної схеми доставки. Надано модель вибору оптимальної транспортно-технологічної схеми доставки тарно-штучних вантажів у міжміському сполученні.

Purpose. Development of theoretical bases for forming the strategies of freight forwarders' sustainable development for their operation under conditions of transport service market. Methodology. Using the principles of a systematic approach and based on the apparatus of the sets theory, a model of the market of freight forwarding services was proposed. On the basis of the results of sustainable development paradigm analysis the indicators of sustainable development for freight forwarding companies were suggested. The task of forming strategies for sustainable development of transport and forwarding companies was formulated within the developed transport market model, basing on the conceptual apparatus of game theory. Findings. A model of the freight forwarding service market was developed, which allows formalizing demand for transport services, as the characteristics of the material, financial and information flows circulating in the logistics system. Numerical operational and economic parameters were picked out to describe the indicators of sustainable development of freight forwarding companies. In the game model for the formation of forwarding companies strategies, the payoff function was formalized which, on the one hand, is determined on the basis of the numerical parameters of demand, and, on the other hand, it includes numerical characteristics of sustainable development indicators for the company. A methodology was proposed to ensure the practical implementation of the developed principles for the formation of sustainable development strategies of forwarding companies. Originality. In the paper for the first time an approach is proposed to the formation of behavioral strategies of forwarding companies in the transport service market environment which, as opposed to existing ones, allows determination of strategies ensuring sustainable development of enterprises. Practical value. The developed model is theoretical basis for experimental studies, which aim at the determination of the freight forwarding companies behavior strategies ensuring their sustainable development.

Purpose. To develop the methodology for choosing the strategies of freight forwarding companies in the situation of interaction with freight owners as customers of forwarding services. Methodology. The game-theoretical approach is used to formalize the conflict situation between a freight forwarding company and a cargo owner. A set of services proposed by forwarders is used as the base in order to represent possible strategies of a forwarder as the vector of probabilities that the respective services are provided for a client. The strategies of the cargo owner are represented as a binary variable that shows whether the client uses the provided services or not. The payoff function for a forwarder is defined as the company's profit and the client's payoff function - as fee paid for forwarding services. To determine the influence of the demand parameters on the forwarder's optimal strategies, the demand for transport services is represented as a flow of requests characterized by two numeric parameters - delivery distance and consignment weight. Findings. The conducted experimental studies have shown that as a result of the use of the proposed methodology, the optimal strategy of a forwarding company can always be determined from the payoff matrix. The performed simulation experiment allowed us to state that in most cases the forwarder's optimal strategy is mixed (the technological and commercial services should be provided with the given probability while servicing the flow of requests from freight owners). Originality. The studies on the influence of the request flow parameters on the probabilities of choosing the elementary strategies are carried in the paper for the first time. Practical value. The proposed methodology can be used as the basic tool for supporting decisions of freight forwarders while servicing the cargo owners at the market of road freight transportation.

Purpose. The paper aims to develop the methodology for choosing the best available structure of a logistics chain for deliveries of bulk cargoes. Methodology. The systematic approach is used to formalize the problem of choosing the optimal structure of a logistics chain: the total expenses are used to define the goal function, alternative logistics chain structures and numeric parameters of the request flow (the delivery distance and the consignment weight) are defined as control variables, and the random variables representing technological parameters of servicing processes are used to consider the influence of the environment on the logistics chain. The mathematical model defines the functional dependence of the total expenses on the entities within the delivery chain on the request flow parameters for two alternative structures: the delivery with transshipment in one freight terminal and the delivery through two terminals. By using functional analysis, we define the ranges of the request flow parameters where the use of a given logistics chain structure is characterized by minimal total expenses. Findings. The experimental studies conducted considering two alternative logistics chain structures have shown that the better solution varies depending on the values of the request parameters. It allowed us to state that the ranges of the numeric parameters of the request flow may be defined to substantiate the optimal logistics chain structure for deliveries of bulk loads. Originality. The dependencies of the total logistics expenses on the delivery distance and the consignment weight as the parameters of the flow of requests for bulk cargo transportation have been defined in the paper for the first time. Practical value. The proposed methodological approach can be used by freight forwarders to substantiate the best option out of available alternative structures of a logistics chain for deliveries of loads with the given delivery distance and the consignment weight.
