У дисертаційній роботі обґрунтовано та розвинено теоретичні, методологічні та практичні положення щодо трансформації платіжної системи України в умовах цифровізації та глобалізації. Запропоновано парадигму оновленої платіжної системи України. Розроблено методологічні підходи до визначення оцінки ефективності платіжних систем. Запропоновано Стратегію розвитку платіжної системи України. Розроблено науково-методичний підхід до оцінки рівня довіри користувача (клієнта) до платіжної системи (Ідовіри) та методичний підхід до оцінки впливу факторів на розвиток платіжної системи (Іampl) і рівень її ризиковості (Іdes). Виявлено вплив високотехнологічних платіжних розробок на функціонування ринку платіжних карток. Спрогнозовано динаміку ВВП України та зростання рівня національної економіки залежно від активізації безготівкових операцій. Визначено перспективи впливу фінансових технологій на подальшу трансформацію платіжних систем і сервісів.^UThe doctoral thesis substantiates and develops theoretical and methodological, methodical and practical provisions for the transformation of the payment system of Ukraine in the context of digitalization and globalization. In the dissertation theoretical approaches on revealing the essence of the payment system are developed and the categorical and conceptual apparatus is deepened. Peculiarities of the functioning of payment systems in Ukraine are determined and factors influencing on their development are established. The modern paradigm of the renewed payment system of Ukraine is offered. Methodological approaches to determine the evaluation of the effectiveness of payment systems are developed. The Strategy of development of the payment system of Ukraine is offered. A scientific and methodological approach to assessing the level of trust of the user (client) to the payment system (Itrust) is developed. A methodical approach to assessing the impact of factors on the development of the payment system (Іampl) and the level of its risk (Іdes) are proposed. The influence of high-tech payment developments on the functioning of the payment card market is revealed. Dynamics of Ukraine's GDP and the growth of the national economy depending on the intensification of non-cash transactions are determined. Prospects for the impact of Fintech on the further transformation of payment systems and services are identified.
