Дослідження присвячено розробці науково-теоретичних засад, обґрунтуванню науково-методичних положень і практичних рекомендацій щодо цифровізації процесу стратегування розвитку національної економіки України в умовах поглиблення цифровізації на глобальному та національному рівнях.Об'єктом дослідження є цифровізація процесу стратегування розвитку національної економіки.Предмет дослідження – науково-теоретичні засади та науковометодичні положення, які забезпечують цифровізацію процесу стратегування розвитку національної економіки.Організаційно-структурна логіка дослідження базується на сходженні від абстрактного (методологія дослідження проблем розвитку національних економік в умовах цифровізації; теоретико-економічні та методологічні засади цілепокладання і стратегування) до конкретного (стан і потенціал цифровізації процесу стратегічного управління розвитком національної економіки), а також на діалектичній тріаді (теза, антитеза, синтез).Як тезу наведено позитивний аналіз й обґрунтовано історичну обумовленість (детермінованість) цифровізації, її локальну ефективністьна підприємницькому рівні, а також фундаментальну роль цілепокладання та стратегування з позицій економічної теорії.На етапі антитези виявлено проблеми та ризики цифровізації, які проявляються в її низькій ефективності на національному рівні щодо їївпливу на темпи позитивних змін у соціально-економічній сфері, а також невідповідності між постійним поглибленням цифровізації об'єкта управління (національна економіка) та суб'єктом управління (система стратегічного управління національним розвитком), який переважно перебуває в доцифровому стані.На етапі синтезу обґрунтовано потенціал цифровізації процесу стратегування розвитку економіки України з використанням національноїцифрової платформи стратегування, удосконалення нормативноправового та організаційно-інституційного забезпечення цифровізаціїпроцесу стратегування, а також формування окремих стратегій.Ключові слова: цифровізація, процес стратегування, національна економіка, цифрова платформа, національна цифрова платформастратегування, цілепокладання, стратегія.^UThe study is devoted to the development of scientific and theoretical foundations, substantiation of scientific and methodological provisions andpractical recommendations for digitalization of the strategizing process of the national economy development of Ukraine in the context of deepening digitalization of the economy at the global and national levels.The organizational and structural logic of the study is based on the ascent from the abstract (the methodology for studying the problems of thedevelopment of national economies in the context of digitalization; theoretical, economic and methodological foundations of goal setting and strategizing) to the concrete (the state and potential of digitalization of the strategic management process of the national economy development) and the dialectical triad (thesis, antithesis, synthesis).As a thesis, the positive impact of digitalization on the economy is analyzed and the historical conditionality (determinism) of digitalization, it is local efficiency at the entrepreneurial level, as well as the fundamental role of goal setting and strategizing in terms of economic theory, is substantiated.As an antithesis, problems and risks of digitalization are shown, as well as the discrepancy between the management object (national economy), the digitalization of which is constantly deepening, and the management subject (the system of strategic management of national development), which is predominantly in a pre-digital state.At the stage of synthesis, the potential of digitalization of the strategizing process of the national economy development is justified throughthe use of the national digital strategizing platform and the improvement of the legal, organizational, and institutional support for the digitalization of the strategizing process and the formation of separate strategies.The first section "Research methodology of national economies development in the context of digitalization" explores the essence ofthe digitalization process in terms of economic theory and historical context considers the phenomena of digital and virtual economy, defines the role and importance of digital platforms, describes the problems of digitalization in the context of cyclical economic development.The second section "Theoretical, economic and methodological principles of strategy" proves that goal setting and strategy can be consideredas the basis of the economic theory according to the logic of the Austrian school. The fundamentality of strategizing from the standpoint of worldview paradigms are also determined, the relationship between the elements of the strategy is substantiated, the essence of mission, vision, and values in the context of strategizing is specified, the importance of behavioral features of strategist in strategic management is determined.The third section "Analysis of national economies development in terms of strategic focus on digitalization" test the hypothesis of the positiveimpact of digitalization on socio-economic dynamics at the global and national levels among EU member states, taking into account their strategic focus on digitalization.The fourth section "The potential of digitalization of the strategic process in Ukraine" is devoted to the analysis of the state and problems of thestrategic management process in Ukraine, the possibilities of their solution through the digitalization of the economy. Also, the potential of institutional change through the introduction and spread of the strategizing institution has been assessed.The fifth section "Scientific and methodological recommendations on the organization of digitalization of the strategizing process of the nationaleconomy development in Ukraine" identifies areas for reforming the strategizing process of the national economy of Ukraine in the context ofdigitalization describes scientific and methodological recommendations for the formation of the national digital platform for strategizing, as well as recommendations for regulatory, organizational, and institutional support for digitization of the strategizing process.Keywords: digitalization, strategizing process, national economy, digital platform, national digital strategy platform, goal setting, strategy.
