У дисертаційній роботі викладено результати вивчення та аналізу систематичного складу комплексів форамініфер у верхньокрейдових відкладах Північної окраїни Донбасу, а також з'ясовано просторово-часові закономірності їх стратиграфічного поширення. Вперше для цього регіону розроблено зональну шкалу за бентосними форамініферами з 17 зонами, які узгоджені із зональною схемою за макрофауною. Зазначена відповідність форамініферових зон місцевим стратиграфічним підрозділам цього регіону. Уточнено зональний поділ за форамініферами для СЄП. Встановлені форамініферові зони cкорельовані із такими суміжних територій. Знайдена відповідність визначених видів форамініфер з бореальними зональними маркерами Міжнародної стратиграфічної шкали (2008). На основі нових матеріалів запропоновано доповнити чинну Стратиграфічну схему верхньокрейдових відкладів Північної окраїни Донбасу (2013 р.) зональною шкалою за бентосними форамініферами. За результами вивчення форамініфер доповнено палеонтологічні характеристики та уточнено вік і межі місцевих стратиграфічних підрозділів верхньокрейдових відкладів даного регіону. Відтворено окремі палеогеографічні та палеоекологічні умови існування форамініфер Північної окраїни Донбасу в пізньокрейдовому морському басейні. Дисератаційна робота має 12 додатків, основні з яких містять: опис розрізів з літолого-палеонтологічними колонками, переліки верхньокрейдових біостратиграфічних зон у працях та опрацьованих видів форамініфер, діаграми вмісту форамініфер у комплексах та екологічних типів родів, монографічний опис 17 видів форамініфер, атлас 6 палеонтологічних таблиць форамініфер верхньої крейди Північної окраїни Донбасу та пояснення до них.^UThe dissertation presents the results of the study and analysis of the systematic composition of foraminiferal complexes in the Upper Cretaceous deposits of the Northern outskirts of Donbas and the spatiotemporal regularities of their stratigraphic distribution are clarified.For the first time, a zonal scale for benthic foraminifers with 17 zones has been developed for this region, which is consistent with the zonal scheme for macrofauna. The zonal division by foraminifers for the Eastern European platform has been clarified. The established foraminiferal zones were correlated with the same zones of adjacent territories. The correspondence of certain species of foraminifers with boreal zonal markers of the International Stratigraphic Scale was found (2008).To solve paleontological and stratigraphic problems of the Upper Cretaceous sequence of the Northern outskirts of Donbas, the systematic composition of foraminifers in the consolidated section of the Upper Cretaceous of this region (from the Cenomanian to the Maastrichtian inclusive) had been studied. It was determined that taxonomic diversity is being represented by 323 species of foraminifers belonging to 88 genera and 23 families. Of these, for the first time for the Northern outskirts of Donbas, 17 species (index species and characteristical species of foraminiferal zones) identified for the study area had been monographically described.A paleontological atlas of images (6 phototables) of 78 characteristic species of Upper Cretaceous foraminifers of the Northern outskirts of Donbas was compiled.For the first time, a biostratigraphic scale for benthic foraminifers had been developed for the deposits of the Upper Cretaceous of the Northern outskirts of Donbas, in which 17 foraminiferal zones, 18 subzones were identified. Their correspondence to the substages and to the svites.Micro-paleontological studies were carried out, based on the results of which the following had been done. The biostratigraphic characteristics of the Cenomanian, Turonian, Сoniacian, Santonian, Campanian and Maastrichtian deposits of the studied region are supplemented for foraminifers.For the first time, according to foraminifers, the age of calcareous sandstones (Glafirivka village, Luhansk region) – the Lower Turonian, which was previously considered Upper Senomanian, had been substantiated. The age of the Sydorivskoy svite had been specified, its lower part (Sentyanivska, Tarasivska, Rosalynivska subsvits) was assigned to the Middle Campanian since the author identified the middle substage in the volume of the Brotzenella monterelensis foraminiferal zone of the Northern outskirts of Donbas.On the basis of new materials, it is proposed to supplement the current Stratigraphic scheme of Upper Cretaceous deposits of the Northern outskirts of Donbas (2013) with a zonal scale for benthic foraminifers. A continuous section of the Turonian-Lower Сoniacian deposits was revealed (Berezivsky quarry, Lysychansk, Lugansk region), now there is a break in the Lower Turonian in the stratigraphic scheme. According to the results of the study of the Upper Maastrichtian deposits (Shandrygolovo village, Donetsk region and Kupyanska the bore hole №1, Pidvyske village, Kharkov region), the foraminiferal zone Hanzawaia ekblomi was determined, the presence of deposits of the Upper Maastrichtian had been proved, they are now absent in the stratigraphic scheme.

З цією метою проведено палінологічне обґрунтування розчленування середньоюрських – крейдових відкладів України різного генезизу. Застосовано біо-, літо- стратиграфічні, палінофаціальний методи; що дозволило визначити закономірності подійної стратиграфії. За ортостратиграфічною і іншими групами фауни і флори виділено датовані рівні границь та визначено обсяги різнорангових стратиграфічних підрозділів. Скорельовано одновікові різногенетичні юрські та крейдові відклади Карпат, Волино-Поділля, УЩ, ДДЗ, Донбасу, Причорноморської западини, Гірського Криму. Розроблено регіональну стратиграфічну схему континентальних відкладів середньої, верхньої юри та нижньої крейди України. За результатами досліджень доповнено (палінологічними даними) та модернізовано регіональні, місцеві Стратиграфічні схеми відкладів середньої, верхньої юри, нижньої, верхньої крейди Волино-Подільської плити, Українського щита, Донецької складчастої споруди, Дніпровсько-Донецької западини, Рівнинного та Гірського Криму, Північноазовського прогину та Азовського валу. Detailed stratification and justification of the spatio-temporal regularities of the distribution of Mesozoic formation within Ukrainian segments of the Tethys and Boreal-Atlantic belt is based on the study of microfossils, in particular dinocysts, spore and pollen and other microfossils, on which the biostratigraphic schemes of Volyn-Podilska plate, Ukrainian Shield, Dnipro-Donets depression, Donbas, Crimea and biostratigraphic zonal standards are developed. For this purpose, a palynological substantiation for stratification of Middle Jurassic – Cretaceous deposits of Ukraine of different genesis was made. It was used bio-, lito-, stratigraphical, palynofacial methods; which allowed to determine the patterns of the event stratigraphy. According to the orthostratigraphical and others groups of fauna and flora, the dated boundary levels have been identified and the volumes of different stratigraphical units have been determined. To solve this problems, all identified groups of fauna and flora with appropriate resolution are analyzed. According to the results of the research, the regional and local Stratigraphical schemes of Middle Jurassic – Cretaceous sediments of Volyn-Podilska plate, the Ukrainian shield, the Donetsk folded structures, the Dnipro-Donets depression, Plain and Mountain Crimea, the North Azov deflection and the Azov valley have been supplemented (palynological data) and modernized. The regularities of the distribution of microfossils in coeval different facial strata are established. The main groups important for stratigraphy are spores and pollen, megaspores and orthostratigraphic group – dinocysts. Associated groups are dispersed cuticles; tracheids; the remains of a structured tree; green algae (prasinophytes and botryococcus); acritarchs; the remains of fungi; microforaminifers; microspicules of sponge; the remains of parts a body of animal and insect; scolecodonts; bacteria; sclerenchyma and pseudomicrofossils.For the first time megaspores in Aptian and Albian deposits of Ukraine were discovered. Their systematic composition is defined and two genera and two species belonging to the Lycopodiaceae are described. For the first time dinocysts from Middle Jurassic – Cretaceous deposits of the Volyn-Podilska plate, Ukrainian shield, Dnipro-Donets basin, Donbas, Black Sea depression and Mountain Crimea have been studied, their systematic composition and stratigraphic distribution is determined. 13 stratigraphically important species of dinoscysts of the Middle Jurassic – Cretaceous deposits of Ukraine are monographically described. Five biosonal dinocysts schemes of the Jurassic and Cretaceous of the western (Volyn-Podilsky plate, the western slope of the Ukrainian shield), the central, eastern (northeastern part of the Ukrainian shield, Priazovsky array of Ukrainian shield, Dnipro-Donets basin, Donbas) and the southern (Mountain Crimea) regions of Ukraine were created. There are in total 20 dinocystal biostratigraphic units established: in the Middle and Upper Jurassic sediments there are three biostratons in the ranks of the layers with dinocysts and four biozones; in Cretaceous – five layers with dinocysts and eight biozones. Their correlation with the International Stratigraphic Scales has been carried out.The age has been substantiated and the paleontological characteristic of 89 local stratum of Jurassic and Cretaceous has been by palynological data supplemented within all the main tectonic structures of Ukraine. As a result of research, 17 stratigraphic schemes (co-authored - 16, single - 1) of the deposits of the Middle, Upper Jurassic and Lower, Upper Cretaceous within Ukraine were modernized and improved.The scheme of biostratigraphical correlation of marine and continental deposits in the range from Aalenian to Maastrichtian within the limits of Ukraine by microfossils is created. A regional stratigraphical scheme of the continental deposits of the Middle, Upper Jurassic and Lower Cretaceous of Ukraine has been developed.The character of the development of terrestrial and marine biota on the border of the Jurassic and Cretaceous within territory of Ukraine based on the results of the study of microfossils is determined.An atlas of microfossils from the Middle-Upper Jurassic to Cretaceous of Ukraine, consisting of 160 tables, has been created. The photocatalog of the investigated basic and typical sections of Jurassic and Cretaceous from all tectonic structures of Ukraine is made.
