Je me livre ensuite à un diagnostic de l’actuel désordre mondial – diagnostic sévère qui constituera l’essentiel de ma conférence. Après avoir dégagé quelques éléments positifs qui sont autant de raisons d’espérer et rappelé des réflexions essentielles et toujours actuelles de la Paix perpétuelle de Kant, je conclus en essayant d’indiquer des pistes permettant éventuellement de sortir du désordre mondial.
