Анотація: Дослідження присвячено проблемі розвитку комунікативної культури керівників професійно-технічних навчальних закладів у системі післядипломної педагогічної освіти. Теоретично обґрунтовано й експериментально перевірено ефективність моделі розвитку комунікативної культури керівників професійно-технічних навчальних закладів у системі післядипломної педагогічної освіти та розроблено відповідні методичні рекомендації. Схарактеризовано сутність та структуру розвитку комунікативної культури керівників професійно-технічних навчальних закладів у системі післядипломної педагогічної освіти, визначено критерії та рівні розвитку комунікативної культури керівників професійно-технічних навчальних закладів. Визначено сучасні вектори розвитку комунікативної культури керівників професійно-технічних навчальних закладів у системі післядипломної педагогічної освіти.. The research is devoted to the problem of development of the communicative culture of the leaders of vocational education institutions in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education. The main provisions concerning the organization of postgraduate pedagogical education of the heads of vocational schools in accordance with the current trends in the reform of education have been analyzed to achieve the aim of the study; the features of the communicative culture of the leaders of vocational and technical educational institutions at the present stage are explored; the content is positioned, the components and functions of the communicative culture of the leaders of vocational schools are determined. Methodical support for the development of the communicative culture of the leaders of vocational schools in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education was developed. A special course «Communicative Culture of the Leader» was approved to provide the relevance of the development of the communicative culture of the heads of vocational education institutions. Methodical recommendations for the development of the communicative culture of the leaders of vocational schools in the system of post-graduate pedagogical education have been prepared.The analysis of the results of the pedagogical experiment showed the effectiveness of the model and developed methodological recommendations for the heads of vocational and technical educational institutions about the development of communicative culture.
