Забезпечення економічної безпеки держави в умовах Індустрії 4.0. – Кваліфікаційна наукова праця на правах рукопису.Дисертація на здобуття ступеня доктора філософії за спеціальністю 051 – Економіка. – Львівський державний університет внутрішніх справ МВС України, Львів, 2023.Дисертаційна робота присвячена вирішенню наукового завдання, що полягає в теоретичному обґрунтуванні і розробці методичних підходів для забезпечення економічної безпеки держави в умовах Індустрії 4.0.У першому розділі «Теоретико-методичні аспекти забезпечення економічної безпеки держави в умовах Індустрії 4.0» визначено і охарактеризовано основні підходи до розуміння сутності поняття «економічна безпека держави» з акцентом на економічній системі та збереженні її стійкості.На основі послідовного розгляду таких понять як «безпека», «безпека держави», «економічна безпека» та «економічна безпека держави» сформовано матрицю визначень економічної безпеки з метою розвитку теоретико-методичних засад забезпечення економічної безпеки держави в умовах Індустрії 4.0.У другому розділі «Аналіз економічної безпеки держави в умовах Індустрії 4.0» доведено важливість цифрової трансформації промисловості. Охарактеризовано досвід провідних країн світу щодо використання переваг Індустрії 4.0 та перспективи впливу Індустрії 4.0 на світовий ринок промисловості. На основі тенденційного аналізу промислового сектору України за 2017-2021 роки виявлено основні проблеми в системі забезпечення економічної безпеки. Виявлені зміни та характер динаміки розвитку Індустрії 4.0 в Україні дозволив сформувати причинно-наслідкову модель розвитку впливу Індустрії 4.0 на світові економічні процеси.У третьому розділі «Удосконалення механізму забезпечення економічної безпеки держави в умовах Індустрії 4.0» обґрунтовано роль процесу моделювання при формуванні механізму забезпечення економічної безпеки держави в умовах Індустрії 4.0 та запропоновано сучасну технологію для побудови графічною мовою, ключових етапів механізму забезпечення економічної безпеки держави в умовах Індустрії 4.0. На основі проведеного дослідження визначено, що під механізмом забезпечення економічної безпеки держави в умовах Індустрії 4.0 слід розуміти сукупність життєвоважливих елементів, які через взаємодію та правильне застосування, можуть сприяти позитивному впливу Індустрії 4.0 на економіку держави і усіх її складових.Сформовано цілісне уявляення про стратегічні напрями забезпечення економічної безпеки держави в умовах впливу Індустрії 4.0. Доведено, що стратегія в умовах впливу Індустрії 4.0 являє собою складну позиціональну модель, яка має чітко встановлений план дій та заходів направлений на досягнення чітко визначених цілей в довготривалій перспективі з врахуванням особливостей агресивного середовища та технологій Індустрії 4.0. Розроблено науковий підхід до забезпечення економічної безпеки держави, що різниться визначенням стратегічних напрямів (підтримання життєздатності, досягнення та втримання стабільності та стійкості, створення необхідних умов для розвитку), які, у поєднанні із можливим рівнем безпеки (критичний, низький, задовільний, високий), утворюють необхідну основу для розроблення заходів, що спрямовані на максимально повне використання можливостей, котрі створюються в умовах Індустрії 4.0 для розвитку національної економіки.. Thesis stands for a candidate degree in Economic Sciences, specialty 051 Economics. – Lviv State University of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Lviv, 2023.The dissertation work is devoted to solving the scientific problem, which consists of the theoretical justification and development of methodological approaches to ensure the economic security of the state in the conditions of Industry 4.0.The first chapter "Theoretical and methodological aspects of ensuring the economic security of the state in the conditions of Industry 4.0" defines and characterizes the main approaches to understanding the essence of the concept of "economic security of the state" with an emphasis on the economic system and maintaining its stability.Based on the consistent consideration of such concepts as "security", "state security", "economic security" and "economic security of the state", a matrix of definitions of economic security has been formed in order to develop the theoretical and methodological foundations for ensuring the economic security of the state in the conditions of Industry 4.0.The second section "Analysis of the economic security of the state in the conditions of Industry 4.0" proves the importance of the digital transformation of industry. The experience of the leading countries of the world in using the advantages of Industry 4.0 and the prospects for the influence of Industry 4.0 on the global industrial market is characterized. Based on a biased analysis of the industrial sector of Ukraine for 2017-2021, the main problems in the system of ensuring economic security have been identified. The identified changes and the nature of the dynamics of the development of Industry 4.0 in Ukraine made it possible to form a cause-and-effect model for the development of the influence of Industry 4.0 on global economic processes.In the third section "Improving the mechanism for ensuring the economic security of the state in the conditions of Industry 4.0", the role of the modeling process in the formation of the mechanism for ensuring the economic security of the state in the conditions of Industry 4.0 is substantiated and modern technology is proposed for building in a graphic language, the key stages of the mechanism for ensuring the economic security of the state in the conditions of Industry 4.0. On the basis of the study, it was determined that the mechanism for ensuring the economic security of the state in the conditions of Industry 4.0 should be understood as a set of vital elements that, through interaction and proper application, can contribute to the positive impact of Industry 4.0 on the economy of the state and all its components.A holistic view of the strategic directions for ensuring the economic security of the state under the influence of Industry 4.0 has been formed. It has been proven that the strategy under the influence of Industry 4.0 is a complex positional model that has a clearly defined plan of actions and measures aimed at achieving clearly defined goals in the long term, taking into account the characteristics of the aggressive environment and Industry 4.0 technologies. A scientific approach to ensuring the economic security of the state has been developed, which is distinguished by the definition of strategic directions (maintaining viability, achieving and maintaining stability and sustainability, creating the necessary conditions for development), which, in combination with a possible level of security (critical, low, satisfactory, high), form the necessary a basis for developing measures aimed at maximizing the full use of the opportunities created in the conditions of Industry 4.0 for the development of the national economy.
