Анотація: We consider a problem on behaviour of narrow-forbidden band semiconductors in external crossed laser and constant magnetic field and propose the new numeric algorithm for solution of Dirac type equation of two-band approximation and calculation of probabilities for two-photon magnetic absorption. The similar numeric algorithm is developed to calculate the characteristics of multi-photon absorption and ionization in the atomic systems within the new approach, which is based on the relativistic perturbation theory method and S-matrix adiabatic Gell-Mann and Low formalism.
