Анотація: The effect of the addition of Ga in NiAl alloys on the crystal structure, ageing behaviour and martensitic transformation is studied. Up to 10 at. % Ga can be dissolved in NiAl matrix. All NiV66DAlV33DGaV1D, NiV66DAlV30DGaV4D, NiV66DAlV24DGaV10D alloys can consist of several phases, NiAl (IBD2), NiV3DAl ($E gamma), martensitic phase NiAl ($E L1 sub 0) and NiV5DAlV3D, depending on the thermal treatment. Two types of martensite presumably appear in NiAlGa alloys. The temperature dependence of resistance and calorimeters data reveal two kinds of peculiarities typical for these alloys. One of them is connected with the martensitic transformation undergoing at relatively low temperatures (0 - 300 $E symbol РC), and the second one can be considered as high-temperature reverse martensitic transformation superimposing with the decomposition of $E L1 sub 0 and/or IBD2 phase in NiV5DAlV3D. It is supposed that the addition of Ga in NiAl alloys accelerates the processes of decomposition. !oprip481_H.pft: FILE NOT FOUND!
