Анотація: We investigated thin films of polystyrene-block-poly(2-vinylpyridine)-block-poly(tert-butylmeth-acrylaie) triblock copolymer "annealed" in the vapor of chloroform. By etching with oxygen, we removed layer by layer either poly(tert-butylmethacrylate) or polystyrene and poly(2-vinylpyridine) in order to observe underneath morphologies with scanning force microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. For the 10 - 25 nm thick films, we found the structures corresponding to the parallel oriented core-shell cylinders. With increasing the film thickness, the morphology changed to that of perforated lamellae. !oprip481_H.pft: FILE NOT FOUND!
