Анотація: Laboratory three-month old animals (white mongrel rats $E roman F sub 0) were delivered to Chornobyl, where they and their posterities ($E roman {F sub 1 ~-~F sub 6}) were permanently kept, through the lifetime. Animals were exposed to external irradiation (increased radiation background) and internal one (incorporated radionuclides, which were supplied to the organism with food). The value of the total absorbed dose of external and internal irradiations was 0,3 Gy per generation. The level of alfa-irradiation was not determined. The control animals were kept in a Kyiv vivarium. The indices of lifespan and dynamics of mortality of rats and their progeny have been determined using the life table methodology. The results have shown no essential difference in the indices of mortality and lifespan between control and experimental animals of the $E roman F sub 0 generation. The expected lifespan of irradiated rats of the $E roman {F sub 1 ~-~F sub 2} generations increased in the age interval of 300 - 600 days. It's necessary to note that a decrease of this index in the Chornobyl groups of the $E roman {F sub 3 ~-~F sub 6} generations has been observed. !oprip481_H.pft: FILE NOT FOUND!
