Анотація: The parental and doxorubicin-resistant strains of Guerin's carcinoma are used in this research. The structure properties of plasma membranes of tumor cells under development of the resistance to doxorubicine are studied by means of fluorescent methods. It is found that plasma membranes from resistant cells have a more friable packing of protein macromolecules, lower level of protein plunge into the lipid matrix, and higher microviscosity of hydrophobic parts of the lipid matrix than those from drug-sensitive tumor cells. The role of the structure of tumor cell plasma membranes in acquisition of the resistance to anticancer drugs is discussed. !oprip481_H.pft: FILE NOT FOUND!
