Анотація: It is determined that herbicide 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) leads to a decreasing of the superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and to a twofold increasing of the malondialdehyde (MDA) content in rat liver homogenate. Under the influence of the plant growth regulator ivin - N-oxide-2,6-dimethyl-pyridine - significant changes in the enzymatic activity were not observed, but the inhibition of lipid peroxidation was noted. The stimulating effect of 2,4-D on the MDA content was completely inhibited by ivin and their molecular complex with succinate - poteitin. The SOD activity was decreased by 2,4-D but was partly restored by pyridine derivates. The protective properties of poteitin are more significant as compared to those of ivin. !oprip481_H.pft: FILE NOT FOUND!
