The authors investigated the possibility of the complex acute pancreatitis treatment improvement through liposomes involvement into the curing. In the clinical conditions liposomes showed potent antioxidant activity after which authors performed experimental researches aimed to the checking of new liposomes efficacy in condidtions of experimental pathology inducing. Newly developed liposomes revealed expressed antioxidant efficacy that is an experimental background for their managing in clinical pratice in patients with acute pancreatitis.

Author showed own data concerning "Sandostatin" using in patients with acute hepatitis. He proved neuropeptide expressed antioxidant activity in these type of the abdominal cavity pathology. On the base of the clinical data he continues the experimental investigations with the liposomal form of the neuropeptide effects testing in the animal model of the acute pancreatitis. The positive results both in clinical and experimental conditions are the background for the trying to use liposomal sandostatin in the complex acute hepatitis curing.
