Розглянуто актуальну проблему організації глобальної системи електронної комерції в Україні, досліджено причини сповільнення її розвитку. Описано сучасні технології електронної комерції. Проаналізовано перспективи впровадження даних технологій на українському ринку.

Magnetoresistance and quantum Hall effect (QHE) are studied of hole gas confined in <$E p- {roman Ge} sub 1-x {roman Si} sub x "/" roman Ge "/" p- {roman Ge} sub 1-x {roman Si} sub x> quantum well (QW) within ranges of QW widths 8 - 38 nm and hole gas densities <$E (1~-~6)~cdot~10 sup 15~roman m sup -2> under magnetic fields up to 40 T and temperatures down to 0,1 K. Strong changes in the structure of QHE experimental traces are revealed when the upper subbands become populated and shown is that detailed information may be extracted from the analysis of these changes. It was found that in Ge layers wider than 35 nm hole gas is separated into two 2D sublayers located next to the interfaces. In this case the analysis of weak field magnetoresistivity yields relative characteristics of normal and inverted heterojunctions. At the intermediate stage of the self-organized formation of double QW, the quantized Hall insulator phase is discovered. For magnetic fields configured parallel to the layers, a strong negative magnetoresistance is found caused by depopulation of the upper subbands due to their diamagnetic shift in energy. Under parallel magnetic fields some additional peculiarities in magnetoresistivity of the samples with divided hole gas have been found, which are tentatively explained as being due to the complicated structure of energy dispersion surface of double QW formed in valence band.

The apparent insulator - quantum Hall - insulator (I - QH - I) transition for filling factor <$E nu~=~1> has been investigated in p-type <$E roman {Ge "/" Ge} sub 1-x roman Si sub x> heterostructures with <$E epsilon sub F tau "/" h~symbol Ы~1>. Scaling analysis is carried out for both the low- and high-field transition point. In low magnetic fields <$E omega sub c tau~<<~1> pronounced QH-like peculiarities for <$E nu~=~1> are also observed in both the longitudinal and Hall resistivities. Such behavior may be evidence of a localization effect in the mixing region of Landau levels and is inherent for two-dimensional structures in a vicinity of the metal - insulator transition.

The article is an attempt to study the national idea as a symbolic prerequisite of the revolutions of the 19th and 20th centuries. It was researched the role of the national idea in social transformation of the 21st century. It was drawn a parallel between the events of 1917-1921 and 2014-2017. It was also studied the role of political leaders and powerful army in the state-building and in the effective implementation of the national idea. Understanding of the Ukrainian national idea was considered and the changes in the interpretation of the national idea in different periods of Ukrainian history were analyzed as well as the main factors that are necessary for implementation of the national idea.

Здійснено спробу дослідження національної ідеї як символічної передумови революцій ХІХ - ХХ ст. Досліджено роль національної ідеї у суспільних трансформаціях ХХІ ст. Проведено паралелі між подіями 1917 - 1921 р. та 2014 - 2017 рр. Викладено роль політичних лідерів та боєздатної армії в державотворенні та в ефективному втіленні національної ідеї. Розглянуто розуміння української національної ідеї та проаналізовано зміни у тлумаченні національної ідеї в різні періоди української історії, атакож основні фактори, які є необхідними для втілення національної ідеї в життя.

Предпринята попытка исследования национальной идеи как символической предпосылки революций XIX - ХХ вв. Исследована роль национальной идеи в общественных трансформациях XXI в. Проведенные параллели между событиями 1917 - 1921 г. и 2014 - 2017 г. Изучена также роль политических лидеров и боеспособной армии в создании государства и в эффективном воплощении национальной идеи. Рассмотрено понимание украинской национальной идеи и проанализированы изменения в толковании национальной идеи в разные периоды украинской истории, а также основные факторы, необходимые для воплощения национальной идеи в жизнь.
