The effect of heating and weak pulsed magnetic field on microplastic deformation of high-nitrogen steels is studied. The methods of optic metallography, X-ray analysis, microhardness measurement and internal friction were used. As a result of experimental investigations it is stated that in high-nitrogen Cr - Mn steel at heating (low-temperature range) structure transformations take place. It is shown that at heating from 20 to 300 °C the processes of interaction between nitrogen atoms and extended dislocations take place. Kinetics of processes is similar to kinetics of ageing, but with certain variations. The obtained strucrure is unstable and trends to recovery of the initial state during 10 - 100 h. The influence of TPMF has similar nature. Presumably this process is determined by the redistribution of nitrogen in solid solution-nitrogen phases-dislocation atmospheres system. The authors propose to apply heating up to 400 °C during 4 - 8 h in order to stabilize the dislocation structure.

A library is traditionally a place where information seekers come to find answers for their questions. Librarians have gathered information (primarily books and other printed material) and arranged it such that access to their treasures was simplified. And should the library no longer have the information needed, the librarians have over the years acquired resources to help one locate another location where help could be obtained. We prided ourselves on being information specialists, the place one came when one needed information. Underlying this picture are elements which in many ways no longer have quite the importance that they used to have. These elements are of a physical nature: the physical place, be it a community or a building, physical books, physical librarians, physical patrons. These physical objects have at the same time always imposed restrictions on us, our services, our patrons. They take up space (which has always been insufficient for our needs), cost money (which we never have enough of), get sick, have to travel to reach us, etc. Suddenly, however, the "virtual" world has become a reality, and with it we are presented with a world which appears to have none of the physical restrictions which our familiar world has.

Do you remember that years ago there were predictions of a paperless office with the introduction of computers? Since then, however, the amount of paper has increased, not decreased. Today we have predictions that the library will become obsolete withthe total networking of all information. Librarians who believe this will probably do their best to fight a losing battle. We are living in an information society, a society in which knowledge of finding information is of prime importance. In the past wehave said that we are information / resource specialists. These are the skills which will be in even greater demand in the future. The need for our services, for our skills will increase, not decrease. With one stipulation: if we don't prepare ourselves for the new demands which are placed on us, others will most certainly create these services (and probably earn a lot of money in the process). Traditionally we have avoided too much technology and hence when the inevitable acceptance of the new technology was in place we adapted it to our services. We seldom took an active part in the process. It is now up to us to make a major move in making our expertise a viable, visible commodity among the offerings of the institutions actively seeking customers for their servicess.

It would be wrong to assume that an individual library, much less an individual public library, can effectively compete against the big names fighting for a place in this market. Recently there has been a trend to create local consortia to offer effectively databases to a large public, so that the individual libraries do not have their budgets unnecessarily depleted. What we now need is to create much larger consortia offering our combined expertise in finding information, in providing answers to theincreased demands which are being placed on us. It will be up to us to find ways in which we can effectively offer and market these new possibilities so that we can position ourselves to have a visibility and accesptance within the virtual community similar to that which we have traditionally had within our local communities.

The project entitled The Corporate Library Systems of St. Petersburg High Schools: Cataloging, Search, and Electronic Document Delivery is presented. Four university libraries of St. Petersburg take part in it. Discussed are the tasks of the project. Considered are the architecture of distributed information system, application of the Internet/Intranet technologies, and open standards, the prospects for using the infrastructure for corporate library system support: development and maintenance of digital libraries, catalogs and university publisher's products. Suggested are the ways of the system integration with similar Russian and foreign systems.

The results of microwave transmittance measurements of crystalline high-T_c YBaCuO film under the influence of an external magnetic field are presented. Generally, in high-T_c superconductors dissipation mechanisms different from those in conventional superconductors may take place as well as transport current, Josephson-junction and anisotropy resistance-connected processes. Measurements of transmittance induced by the magnetic field demonstrate the dominance of flux flow dissipation mechanism and nonlinear transmittance dependence when approaching T_c. This makes possible to detect and characterize all the mechanisms mentioned above.

Під час вилуговування урану з грунтів ближньої зони ЧАЕС, що містять паливні частки, водними розчинами кислот спостережено збагачення водної фази. У процесі його вилуговування з графітових часток, в яких фракція урану являє собою перекристалізоване паливо, диференціація ізотопів урану не відбувається. Запропоновано гіпотези, що пояснюють це явище або гетерогенним ізотопним складом палива або ослабленням зв'язків атомів ²³⁵U в кристалічних структурах палива під впливом вільних нейтронів.

При выщелачивании урана из почв, содержащих топливные частицы, водными растворами кислот наблюдалось обогащение водной фазы нуклидов ²³⁵U относительно твердой фазы. В то же время при его выщелачивании из графитовых частиц, в которых фракция урана представляет собой перекристаллизованное топливо, фракционирования нуклидов урана не происходит. Менее прочная связь ²³⁵U в топливных частицах обусловлена либо гетерогенным составом топлива, либо разслаблением связей атомов ²³⁵U в кристаллической решетке топлива под воздействием медленных нейтронов.

The particles of fragmented nuclear fuel containing uranium of different degree of oxidation were found as the parts of conglomerates in the premises of the IV unit of the Chernobyl NPP Industrial site. When leaching uranium from contaminated soils, fractionation of the nuclides of ²³⁵U and ²³⁸U between solid and liquid phases may take place. Fractionation was not indicated in leaching of uranium from the particles patched into graphite fragments. Fractionation of uranium nuclides is due to difference in energies of these nuclides bonds in crystal lattice of solid phase of the products of fuel fragmentation. Two hypotheses are accepted The first one supposes heterogeneous composition of nuclear fuel of RBMK reactor consisting of fractions with different enrichment by ²³⁵U, uranium isotopes of the more enriched fraction having higher mobility due to features of preparation technology. Another hypothesis bases of the assumption of selective loosening of bonds of separate ²³⁵U atoms takes place in thesolid body under action of slow neutrons.

Отбор и выявление способностей детей к занятиям конкретным видом спорта является сложным и многолетним педагогическим процессом, требующим комплексной оценки личности спортсмена. Для точности определения перспективности юного спортсмена и успешности освоения спортивно-технического мастерства важно определить динамику и характер развития взаимосвязей комплекса основных показателей пригодности к занятиям видом спорта под влиянием активного воздействия тренировочного процесса.

The selection and revealing of children for engaging in a particular kind of sports is complex and long-term pedagogical process requiring all round estimation of athlete's personality. In order to define exactly the future sports prospects of a youngsportsman and possibility to gain successfully sports technique skills it is very important to have the accurate data in absolute figures for dominating attributes and mainly to reveal dynamics and interconnection between development nature of basic indices complex for ability to take up a particular sport under training process active influence.

Dynamical chaos, states stability in long Josephson junctions are investigated from the point of view of the flux quantization. It is shown that the stationary Meissner and fluxon states having integer number of fluxons are stable. Stationary antifluxon states also having integer number of the flux quanta and all other states with half-integer number of flux quenta are unstable. The transitions between all states - Meissner, the states having the integer and half-integer number of the flux quanta - take place in the nonstationary case, and all these states are dynamically equivalent, but the number of the flux quanta is a nonregular time-dependent functions for the chaotic states and regular for the regular ones.

Current-voltage characteristics (CVC) of NbN - isolator - Pb tunnel junctions with high-transparent tunnel barriers are studied experimentally. To calculate CVC of superconducting tunnel junctions with a high transparency of tunnel barriers, it's necessary to take into account the processes of Andreev reflection and transmission of quasiparticles in these junctions.

The problems of the modern technology of electron beam processing of substrates from an optical glass are discussed. The ellipsometrical method is applied to research the influence of electron beam processing. Using a mathematical processor MATHCAD allows carrying out the necessary calculations to interpret ellipsometrical measurements. The information about optical properties of the surface layers of substrates, from optical glasses K-8 and TF-5 after electron beam processing was received on the basis of ellepsometrical researches. In thin surfaces layers of these substrates, insignificant physico-chemical transformations take place, which are reflected in their operational properties.

Розглянуто питання підвищення міцності зв'язку між елементами дубльованих еластомерних матеріалів. Показано, що під час вибору засобів покращання властивостей необхідно враховувати ймовірність хімічної взаємодії між компонентами, а також можливість виникнення специфічних взаємодій в модифікувальних композиціях та на міжфазних поверхнях. Запропоновано методи дослідження та прогнозування властивостей дубльованих композицій. Показано практичну значимість одержаних результатів.

Рассмотрены вопросы повышения прочности связи между элементами дублированных эластомерных материалов. Показано, что при выборе средств улучшения свойств необходимо учитывать вероятность химического взаимодействия между компонентами, а также возможность возникновения специфических взаимодействий в модифицирующих композициях и межфазных поверхностях. Предложены методы исследования и прогнозирования свойств дублированных композиций. Показана практическая значимость полученных результатов.

The problems concerning increase in connection strength between the elements of the duplicated elastomer materials are considered. It has been shown that at selection of the methods improving the properties it is necessary to take into account not only the probability of chemical interaction between components, but also the possibility of specific interactions both in the modifying compositions and on the interphases. It has been proposed the method of investigation and prediction of the properties of duplicated compositions. Practical significance of the results obtained is shown.

Optical conductivity of aluminium with of large roughness surface were measured by a spectroellipsometric method in visible, near infrared and near ultra-violet region of the spectrum. Aluminium foil was used as a sample. Comparison of the received results for rough and smooth surfaces of aluminium were performed. It is revealed that the absorption peak on the spectral curve of optical conductivity with a maximum near <$E lambda ~=~ 0,8~ mu>m for a rough surface of aluminium is considerably wider than for smooth surface, although it has less intensity. An additional maxima near <$E lambda ~=~ 0,35~ mu>m and <$E lambda ~=~ 0,97~ mu>m take place for rough surface spectrum. The broadening and additional maxima are accounted for the basis of consideration of model of a surface layer of rough surface of aluminium, as heterogeneous thin layer, in which plasma resonance, resonance of optical conductivity, and also the interaction of these resonances with interband transitions occur.

Наголошено, що змагальний процес вимагає аналізу для наступного управління змагальною діяльністю. Обгрунтовано необхідність урахування певних показників для виявлення досягнень і недоліків техніко-тактичної підготовки команди. В українських командах така статистика відсутня. Проаналізовано значну кількість сайтів в Інтернеті, які висвітлюють діяльність різних команд з американського футболу, регбі, хокею. Складено систему підрахунків, придатну для роботи з вітчизняними командами з американського футболу.

Соревновательный процесс требует анализа для последующего управления соревновательной деятельностью. При выявлении положительных и отрицательных сторон в технико-тактической подготовке команды необходимо учитывать многие показатели. В украинских командах такие подсчеты пока не ведутся. Проанализировано большое количество сайтов в Интернете, освещающих деятельность различных команд по американскому футболу, регби, хоккею. Разработана система подсчетов, приемлемая для работы с отечественными командами по американскому футболу.

The competitive process requires the analysis for the subsequent management of competitive activity. At revealing the positive and negative parts in technical and tactical preparation of a team it is necessary to take into account many parameters. In the Ukrainian teams such calculations are not conducted yet. Having analysed a plenty of sites in the Internet various teams on the American football, rugby, hockey etc., we have made up own system of calculations acceptable to domestic teams on the American football.

Зазначено, що поряд з використанням медикаментозного лікування у практику реабілітаційних заходів впроваджується і немедикаментозна терапія, зокрема, різноманітні нетрадиційні методи реабілітації, які застосовуються для хворих дітей з хронічними бронхітами та пневмоніями.

Отмечено, что наряду с использованием медикаментозного лечения в практику реабилитации внедряется и немедикаментозная терапия. Особенно широко используются разнообразные нетрадиционные методы реабилитации, которые применяются при лечении детей с хроническими бронхитами и пневмониями.

Alongside with of medicamental methods of treatment the not medicamental methods take root also into practice of rehabilitation al measures. The various nonconventional methods of the rehabilitation which are applied at children with chronic bronchitis and pneumonias are especially wide-spread.

Зазначено, що програма з фізичного виховання у вищій школі враховує усі особливості майбутньої професійної діяльності студентів вузів різного напрямку, зокрема, студентів педагогічного профілю. Це викликає необхідність конкретизувати професійно-прикладну фізичну підготовку у зв'язку з особливостями майбутньої професії. Це має значення і під час складання індивідуальних тренувально-оздоровчих програм для майбутніх учителів. Визначено основні вимоги студентів до професійно-прикладної фізичної підготовки.

Отмечено, что программа по физическому воспитанию в высшей школе учитывает все особенности будущей профессиональной деятельности студентов вузов разного направления, в том числе и студентов педагогического профиля. Это вызывает необходимость конкретизировать профессионально-прикладную физическую подготовку в связи с особенностями будущей профессии, что имеет значение и при составлении индивидуальных тренировочно-оздоровительных программ для будущих учителей. Определены основные требования студентов к профессионально-прикладной физической подготовке.

The physical training program in the higher school has not any opportunity to take into account all peculiarities of feature profession students' activity in the Higher Educational of different trends, including students of pedagogical type. But necessary to concretize occupational-applied physical training in connection with particularities of feature profession. It also has significance in compiling of individual training-sanitary program for the feature teachers. In connection with it we decide to clear up the basic demands of students to the professional-applied physical training.

Синтезовано деякі біфункціональні мономери на основі п-амінофенолу з метакрилоїльними і потенційно активними малеімідними групами. Дилатометрично вивчено кінетику радикальної термоініційованої гомополімеризації цих мономерів в розчинах у ДМФА за присутності АІБН за темпероатури 80<$E symbol Р>C. Зміна замісників в малеїмідних ланках є сприятливою можливістю для систематизації одержаних результатів. Визначено, що не лише незаміщені малеімідні групи беруть участь в процесі зшивки під термоініційованої радикальної полімеризації цих мономерів, але і монозаміщені з R1 = H, R2 = CH3. Інші мономери утворюють лінійні полімери. Обговорено активність синтезованих сполук.

Синтезированы некоторые бифункциональные мономеры на основе п-аминофенола с метакрилоильными и потенциально активными малеимидными группами. Дилатометрически изучена кинетика радикальной термоинициированной гомополимеризации этих мономеров в растворахв ДМФА в присутствии АИБН при 80<$E symbol P>C. Изменение заместителей в малеимидных звеньях является благоприятной возможностью для систематизации полученных результатов. Определено, что не только незамещенные малеимидные группы принимают участие в процессах сшивкиво время термоинициированной радикальной полимеризации этих мономеров, но и замещенные с R1 = H, R2 = CH3. Другие мономеры образуют линейные полимеры. Обсуждена активность синтезированных соединений.

Some bifunctional monomers based on p-aminophenol with methacrylic and potentially active maleimide groups was synthesized. The kinetics of radical thermoinitiated homopolymerization of thеsе monomers in DMFA solutions with presence of AIBN at 80<$E symbol P>С have been investigated with dilatometry. Substituents variation in maleimide units has given us an opportunity to systematize the obtained results. It was found that not only the unsubstituted maleimide groups take part in a crosslinking processes during the thermoinitiated radical polymerization of these monomers, but also the monomer with R1 = H, R2 = CH3. The other monomers formed linear polymers. The activity of synthesized compounds has been discussed.

Досліджено кінетику взаємодії нітридів ванадію з 3,0М і 5,0М HCl; з 1,5М і 2,5М H2SO4 за 70 <$Esymbol Р>С і 98 <$Esymbol Р>С. Визначені енергії активації цих процесів, відповідно, 36,4; 26,6; 21,1 і 20,3 кДж/моль, а також питомі швидкості розчинення - від 3,6 до 17,4 моль/хв<$Ecdot>м<^>2 в HCl і від 5,5 до 11,6 моль/хв<$Ecdot>м<^>2 в H2SO4. Установлено, що для розробки наукових основ раціонального і ефективного легування ванадієм сталей і сплавів, з урахуванням утворених в них нітридів ванадію, необхідно зважати на властивості нітридів, що утворюються в сталях, а не нітридів, синтезованих з простих сполук.

Исследована кинетика взаимодействия нитридов ванадия с 3,0М и 5,0М HCl; с 1,5М и 2,5М H2SO4 при 70 <$E symbol P>С и 98 <$E symbol P>С. Определены энергии активации этих процессов, соответственно, 36,4; 26,6; 21,1 и 20,3 кДж/моль, а также удельные скорости растворения - от 3,6 до 17,4 моль/мин<$Ecdot>м<^>2 в HCl и от 5,5 до 11,6 моль/мин<$Ecdot>м<^>2 в H2SO4 . Установлено, что для создания научных основ рационального и эффективного легирования ванадием сталей и сплавов, с учетом образующихся в них нитридов ванадия, необходимо учитывать свойства нитридов, образующихся в сталях, а не нитридов, синтезированных из простых веществ.

Kinetics of the interaction of vanadium nitrides with 3,0M and 5,0M HCL, with 1,5M and 2,5M H2SO4 within the temperature range 70<$E symbol P>-98 <$E symbol P>C has been investigated. Activation energies of the processes 36,4;26,6; 21,1; and 20,3 KJ/mole, respectively as wellas the specific dissolution rates ranging from 3,6 to 17,4 mol/min<$Ecdot>m<^>2 in HCl and from 5,5 to 11,6 mol/min<$Ecdot>m<^>2 in H2SO4 have been determined. It has been established that for the creation of the scientific basis of rational and efficient doping of steel and its alloys by vanadium with allowance for the vanadium nitride being formed in them it is necessary to take into consideration the properties of the nitrides being formed in steels rather than the nitrides synthesized from simple substances.

Stochastic equations of filtration that take into account the interaction of homogeneous liquid in the neighbor pores or the interaction generated by the effects of displacement of filtering drops are deduced on the basis of the Navier - Stokes equations using Fourier probability transformations. The analysis of the fat-residual phase separation process is performed with the assumption that only drops superior to the critical size can move in the field of centrifugal forces. It is shown that, in the initial period of centrifugal treatment, the fat separation follows the "eruption pattern", after which the separation process becomes stable at a somewhat lower intensity.

The nomogram presented allows one to take into account the influence of the factor of temperature of a body on the parameters of acid-base balance of blood of warm-blooded animals. A possibile homeostatic meaning of the hypothermia phenomenon in organism that takes place in animals under hypercapnia conditions is discussed.

Досліджено комбінаторні властивості дієслів give і take у складі сталих дієслівно-субстантивних сполучень (СДСС) на базі принципів лексичної (корпусної) граматики. Встановлено семантичний об'єм іменників, які сполучаються з операторами give і take. Сполучуваність компонентів СДСС лексично і семантично мотивована: заповнення позиції іменного компонента програмується набором змістових ознак дієслова. Протиставлені за скерованістю дії дієслова конструюють СДСС - конверсиви. Різні значення парних СДСС зумовлені вибірковістю щодо різних ЛСВ одного іменника. Вибір дієслівного компонента може також диктуватися узусом.
