To optimize the structure of multicell-type transistor converter with combined control it is proposed to use an additive criterion, wich would take into account such particular criteria as efficiency, cost and construction volume of the converter.

The business model of a modern enterprise is a basic element for the most adequate and sound reaction to a change of the enterprise's social-economic environment. In order to achieve desired results of the enterprise work, this reaction should take enterprise features into consideration. By means of metamodeling and system theory, it is possible to create an integrated business model system. This system is based on the enterprise features and the business models are implemented using a common set of entities.

An Access Control List is an ordered list of rules which specify the action to take for any packet which is tested and matched against it. The list is arranged in order of decreasing priority, therefore if a match is made on a particular rule the packet is either permitted or denied and no further rules are evaluated. When configuring firewall rules it is possible to specify varying levels of granularity when examining the fields of a packet header. The most basic form of checking is on the source Layer 3 address. However there are more complex forms of the rule which enables further fields to be checked. This paper investigates the effect on the performance of a router when using these complex rules. In particular it concentrates on the checking of the port number field in TCP/UDP. A specialized simulator was built to help understand the process undertaken by the router. There are results of the investigations and a recommendation on how to improve performance in certain areas.

The Josephson effect is a privileged access to the macroscopic quantum nature of superconductors. We review some ideas and experimental techniques on macroscopic quantum decay phenomena occurring in Josephson structures. The attention is mainly addressed to intermediate levels of dissipation which characterize a large majority of low critical current Josephson devices and are therefore an avoidable consequence of nanotechnology applied more and more to Josephson devices. Phase diffusion phenomena take over thermal activation in some temperature langes also affecting the transition to macroscopic quantum tunneling, enriching the phase diagram mostly defined by the Josephson energy, the temperature and the level of dissipation.

The project entitled The Corporate Library Systems of St. Petersburg High Schools: Cataloging, Search, and Electronic Document Delivery is presented. Four university libraries of St. Petersburg take part in it. Discussed are the tasks of the project. Considered are the architecture of distributed information system, application of the Internet/Intranet technologies, and open standards, the prospects for using the infrastructure for corporate library system support: development and maintenance of digital libraries, catalogs and university publisher's products. Suggested are the ways of the system integration with similar Russian and foreign systems.

A library is traditionally a place where information seekers come to find answers for their questions. Librarians have gathered information (primarily books and other printed material) and arranged it such that access to their treasures was simplified. And should the library no longer have the information needed, the librarians have over the years acquired resources to help one locate another location where help could be obtained. We prided ourselves on being information specialists, the place one came when one needed information. Underlying this picture are elements which in many ways no longer have quite the importance that they used to have. These elements are of a physical nature: the physical place, be it a community or a building, physical books, physical librarians, physical patrons. These physical objects have at the same time always imposed restrictions on us, our services, our patrons. They take up space (which has always been insufficient for our needs), cost money (which we never have enough of), get sick, have to travel to reach us, etc. Suddenly, however, the "virtual" world has become a reality, and with it we are presented with a world which appears to have none of the physical restrictions which our familiar world has.

Do you remember that years ago there were predictions of a paperless office with the introduction of computers? Since then, however, the amount of paper has increased, not decreased. Today we have predictions that the library will become obsolete withthe total networking of all information. Librarians who believe this will probably do their best to fight a losing battle. We are living in an information society, a society in which knowledge of finding information is of prime importance. In the past wehave said that we are information / resource specialists. These are the skills which will be in even greater demand in the future. The need for our services, for our skills will increase, not decrease. With one stipulation: if we don't prepare ourselves for the new demands which are placed on us, others will most certainly create these services (and probably earn a lot of money in the process). Traditionally we have avoided too much technology and hence when the inevitable acceptance of the new technology was in place we adapted it to our services. We seldom took an active part in the process. It is now up to us to make a major move in making our expertise a viable, visible commodity among the offerings of the institutions actively seeking customers for their servicess.

It would be wrong to assume that an individual library, much less an individual public library, can effectively compete against the big names fighting for a place in this market. Recently there has been a trend to create local consortia to offer effectively databases to a large public, so that the individual libraries do not have their budgets unnecessarily depleted. What we now need is to create much larger consortia offering our combined expertise in finding information, in providing answers to theincreased demands which are being placed on us. It will be up to us to find ways in which we can effectively offer and market these new possibilities so that we can position ourselves to have a visibility and accesptance within the virtual community similar to that which we have traditionally had within our local communities.

Модель описується одним рівнянням стану з розривною правою частиною та вихідним рівнянням. Надано відповідну структурно-функціональну схему у вигляді N жорсткообмежувальних нейронів (ЖОН) прямого поширення й одного ЖОН зворотного зв'язку, який використовується для визначення динамічного зсуву вхідних дій. Модель поєднує у собі такі властивості, як висока точність і швидкодія, низькі обчислювальна складність і складність апаратної реалізації і незалежність від початкових умов. Наведено приклади моделювання, які демонструють функціонування моделі.

Рассмотрены актуальные аспекты современной фразеологии, а также американский сленг как социально-детерминированный лексический пласт. Показана роль констант интеллектуального пространства в работе Л.В.Выготского "Mind in society". Приведены структурно-грамматические характеристики фразеологических единиц, содержащих анимальный образ, а также структурно-семантический анализ фразовых глаголов на примере глагола to take. Проанализированы особенности использования "трудовой" фразеологии на занятиях немецкого языка.

Purpose. Creating methods of classification and ranking of commercial sites of industrial enterprises which take into account the specific characteristics of marketing sites, determining the level of presented content, particularly e-business, and is characterized by its commercial viability. Methodology. The system of local performance criteria of the commercial sites proposed, their reduction to digital form was formalized. The values of the global benchmark sites of coal energy and mining-metallurgical complexes were calculated, their ranking was performed. Findings. We have developed composed system of classification and ranking of commercial industrial sites, examples of its use for energy and coal-mining projects. Originality. For the first time we have proposed the method of commercial industrial sites classification, taking into account the large number of local performance criteria made which were transformed into one global criterion for ranking. Practical value. We have proposed the method of classification and ranking of sites of industrial enterprises allowing them to identify weaknesses and improve efficiency of e-commerce.

Акцентовано увагу на медичних і медико-психологічних дослідженнях, що свідчать про високий рівень хронічних захворювань дітей, які приходять у перший клас. Зазначено, що для якісної підготовки школярів до дорослого життя, з одного боку, необхідно збільшувати навчальне навантаження, а з іншого – потурбуватись про збалансованість інтелектуальних, психологічних та фізичних навантажень задля збереження здоров’я учнів. Враховано актуалізацію в фізичному вихованні корекційно-оздоровчого та корекційно-розвивального напрямків роботи. Проаналізовано професійну підготовленість та педагогічну діяльність вчителя фізичної культури. Досліджено суб’єктивні оцінки особистої готовності бакалаврів фізичного виховання до корекційно-оздоровчої роботи в школі. Розглянуто фактичний рівень готовності студентів, що має значно нижчий показник навчальних досягнень, ніж суб’єктивна оцінка. Підсумовано про необхідність пошуку шляхів покращання підготовки майбутніх учителів фізичної культури до проведення корекційно-оздоровчої роботи в загальноосвітніх школах під час їх навчання в інституті.

Акцентировано внимание на медицинских и медико-психологических исследованиях, свидетельствующих о высоком уровне хронических заболеваний детей, которые приходят в первый класс. Отмечено, что для качественной подготовки школьников к взрослой жизни, с одной стороны, необходимо увеличивать учебную нагрузку, а с другой – позаботиться о сбалансированности интеллектуальных, психологических и физических нагрузок для сохранения здоровья учащихся. Учтена актуализация в воспитании коррекционно-оздоровительного и коррекционно-развивающего направлений работы. Проанализированы профессиональная подготовленность и педагогическая деятельность учителя физической культуры. Исследованы субъективное оценки личной готовности бакалавров физического воспитания в коррекционно-оздоровительной работе в школе. Рассмотрен фактический уровень готовности студентов, что значительно ниже показателя знаний, чем субъективная оценка. Подведены итоги о необходимости поиска путей улучшения подготовки будущих учителей физической культуры к проведению коррекционно-оздоровительной работы в общеобразовательных школах в процессе их обучения в институте.

The attention is focused on health and medical-psychological studies show high levels of chronic diseases of children who come to the first class. Noted that for quality training of students for adult life, on the one hand, the need to increase the training load, and on the other – to take care of the balance of intellectual, psychological, and physical activity for the health of students. Mainstreaming in education accounted for correctional health and correctional- developing areas of work. Analyzed professional training and teaching career teacher of physical culture. Investigated subjective assessment of personal readiness bachelor of physical education in correctional and health activities at the school. Considered the actual level of preparedness of students, which is significantly below the rate of knowledge than a subjective assessment. Summarize the need to find ways to improve the training of future teachers of physical training to conduct remedial and recreation activities in secondary schools during their training at the institute.

Розкрито сутність адаптивного навчання студентів та його вплив на ефективність формування фахової компетентності майбутнього педагога. Висвітлено педагогічні умови та принципи реалізації адаптивної функції навчання студентів професії вчителя. Виділено базові, ключові та загальнодидактичні принципи адаптивного навчання. Розглянуто сутність поняття «Я-концепція вчителя» як цілісне уявлення про адаптивну функцію навчання професії вчителя, психолого-дидактичними механізмами її реалізації в процесі фахової підготовки. Враховано, що індивідуальні властивості особистості виявляються в стресових професійних ситуаціях, вихід з яких потребує розвиненої адаптивності й відповідної компетентності суб’єкта освітньо-професійної діяльності.

Освещены педагогические условия и принципы реализации адаптивной функции обучения студентов профессии учителя. Выделены базовые, ключевые и общедидактические принципы адаптивного обучения. Рассмотрена сущность понятия «Я-концепция учителя» как целостное представление о адаптивной функции обучения профессии учителя, психолого-дидактическими механизмами ее реализации в процессе профессиональной подготовки. Учтено, что индивидуальные свойства личности проявляются в стрессовых профессиональных ситуациях, выход из которых требует развитой адаптивности и соответствующей компетентности субъекта образовательно-профессиональной деятельности.

Discloses the essence of adaptive training students and its impact on the efficiency of formation of professional competence of future teachers. Lit pedagogical conditions and guidelines for implementing the adaptive function of teaching students the teaching profession. Assigned to the base, and the key principles general didactic adaptive learning. Noted the essence of the concept of «self-concept of the teacher» as a holistic view of an adaptive learning function of the teaching profession, psychological and didactic mechanisms of its implementation in the process of training. Take into account that individual personality traits are manifested in stressful professional situations, the output of which requires advanced adaptability and relevant expertise of the subject educational and vocational activities.

Проаналізовано деякі аспекти “Положення про підвищення кваліфікації та стажування педагогічних і науково-педагогічних працівників ВНЗ”. Запропоновано певні уточнення і доповнення, що враховують сьогоднішні реалії діяльності ВНЗ в Україні. Зауважено, що підвищенням кваліфікації доцільно було б вважати підготовку і захист наукового ступеня кандидата або доктора наук з одержанням відповідного диплома та здобуття ще однієї вищої освіти з одержанням відповідного диплома (у разі якщо ця освіта пов’язана з професійною діяльністю науково-педагогічного працівника).

Проанализированы некоторые аспекты “Положения о повышении квалификации и стажировки педагогических и научно-педагогических работников ВУЗ”. Предложены определенные уточнения и дополнения, учитывающие сегодняшние реалии деятельности ВУЗ в Украине. Отмечено, что повышением квалификации целесообразно было бы считать подготовку и защиту ученой степени кандидата или доктора наук с получением соответствующего диплома и получения еще одного высшего образования с получением соответствующего диплома (в случае если это образование связано с профессиональной деятельностью научно-педагогического работника).

Analyzed some aspects of the “Regulations on professional development and training of teachers and academic staff of higher education institutions”. It’s suggested some corrections and additions that take into account the current realities of the higher educational institutions in Ukraine. Noted that further training would be appropriate to consider the preparation and defense of a scientific degree of candidate or doctor of sciences degree or obtain another higher education to obtain an advanced degree (if it is connected with education occupational science-teaching staff).

Theoretical investigation of the influence of magnetic and electric fields on the energy spectrum and wave functions of electron in semiconductor spherical layer has been performed. The case of co-directed electric and magnetic fields has been considered. The Schrodinger equation has been solved using the method of expansion for the wave function of electron in the spherical layer under external fields by applying the complete set of wave functions of a quasi-particle in a spherical nanostructure without the external fields. It has been shown that electric and magnetic fields take of the spectrum degeneration with respect to the magnetic quantum number. The external fields rebuild the energy spectrum and deform wave functions of electron. Moreover, their influence on the spherically symmetric state is the largest one. Increasing the magnetic field induction entails a monotonous dependence of the electron energy for the states with <$E m~symbol У~0> and non-monotonous one for the states with <$E m~<<~0>. The ground state of electron is successively formed by the states with <$E m~=~0,~-1,~-2,~...> with increasing the induction of magnetic field. The enhancement of the electric field mainly diminishes the electron energy. The influence of field on the energy and intensities of the 1p-1s intraband transition has been studied. It has been shown that there exists a certain value of the electric field, at which the energy of quantum transition doesn't depend on the magnetic field induction.

Different statistical modeling techniques of radiation propagation in epithelial tissue are considered. The two main approaches are: the modified classical Monte Carlo method for light propagation in turbid medium and the coherent inverse ray tracing method. The classical Monte Carlo method was modified to take into account polarization of propagating radiation and birefringence, which can occur due to tissues commonly found under epithelium. As a supplementary method, used in the paper was a modified version of the classical ray tracing technique, which takes into account phase of radiation during its propagation in tissue.

To allow for a comparison of theoretical predictions for spin chains with experimental data, it is often important to take impurity effects as well as interchain couplings into account. Here we present the field theory for finite spin chains at finite temperature and calculate experimentally measurable quantities like susceptibilities and nuclear magnetic resonance spectra. For the interchain couplings we concentrate on geometries relevant for cuprate spin chains like Sr2CuO3 and SrCuO2. The field theoretical results are compared to experimental as well as numerical data obtained by the density matrix renormalization group.

Within the limits of Khinchin ideas [A. Y. Khinchin, Mathematical Foundation of Statistical Mechanics. NY, Ed. Dover, 1949] the importance of momentum and angular momentum conservation laws was analyzed for two cases: for uniform magnetic field and when magnetic field is absent. The law of momentum conservation does not change the density of probability distribution in both cases, just as it is assumed in the conventional theory. It is shown that in systems where the kinetic energy depends only on particle momenta canonically conjugated with Cartesian coordinates being their diagonal quadric form, the angular momentum conservation law changes the density of distribution of the system only in case the full angular momentum of a system is not equal to zero. In the gas of charged particles in a uniform magnetic field the density of distribution also varies if the angular momentum is zero [see Dubrovskii I. M., Condensed Matter Physics, 2206, 9, 23]. Two-dimensional gas of charged particles located within a section of an endless strip filled with gas in magnetic field is considered. Under such conditions the angular momentum is not conserved. Directional particle flows take place close to the strip boundaries, and, as a consequence, the phase trajectory of the considered set of particles does not remain within the limited volume of the phase space. In order to apply a statistical thermodynamics method, it was suggested to consider near-boundary trajectories relative to a reference system that moves uniformly. It was shown that if the diameter of an orbit having average

thermal energy is much smaller than a strip width, the corrections to thermodynamic functions are small depending on magnetic field. Only the average velocity of near-boundary particles that form near-boundary electric currents creating the paramagnetic moment turn out to be essential.

The temperature field in a cone is described at certain boundary conditions. Such conditions arise often in technological systems at controlled heat removal. Accurate stationary solutions are obtained and anomalous properties are found to take place in that regime. The stage of transition to the stationary state is also considered analytically. The relationships obtained make it possible to control the heat flows and to optimize the required conditions.

З’ясовано необхідність урахування загальноосвітніх тенденцій в процесі побудови методичної системи вивчення української мови та розглянуто чинники, що зумовлюють тенденції в освіті (філософські ідеї, нормативно-правова база, соціально-культурні чинники). Запропоновано дотримання загальноєвропейських тенденцій організації мовної освіти, висвітлених у відповідних рекомендаціях Ради Європи. Простежено тенденцію до зміщення акценту на діяльнісно-функціональний аспект мови та її особистісні вияви. Розглянуто компетентнісний підхід до формування мовної особистості. На підставі аналізу теорії та практики навчання української мови виявлено тенденції україномовної освіти. Рекомендовано реалізацію антропоцентричної моделі організації навчально-виховного процесу та застосування технології розвивального навчання.

Выяснена необходимость учитывать общеобразовательные тенденции в процессе построения методической системы изучения украинского языка и рассмотрены факторы, которые определяют тенденции в образовании (философские идеи, нормативно-правовая база, социально-культурные факторы). Предложено придерживаться общеевропейских тенденций организации языкового образования, освещенных в соответствующих рекомендациях Рады Европы. Прослежена тенденция к смещению акцента на деятельностно-функциональный аспект языка и его личностные проявления. Рассмотрен компетентностный подход к формированию языковой личности. На основании анализа теории и практики обучения украинскому языку определены тенденции украиноязычного образования. Рекомендованы реализация антропоцентрической модели организации учебно-воспитательного процесса и применение технологии развивающего обучения.

It was found the necessity to take into account educational trends in the process of building a methodical system of the Ukrainian language study and examined the factors that determine trends in education (philosophical ideas, the legal framework, socio- cultural factors). Proposed to adhere European tendencies in organization of language education, that are spotlighted in the relevant recommendations of the European Parliament. A tendency to shift the emphasis on action-functional aspect of language and its personal appearance. Considered the competent approach to the formation of linguistic identity. Based on the analysis of the theory and practice the educational trends of Ukrainian language teaching were identified. Recommended the implementation of anthropocentric model of educational process organization and application of the developing training technology.

Раскрыта суть понятия «жизненный мир» личности, выделены его составляющие и аспекты. Сосредоточено внимание на влиянии аутизма ребёнка на жизненный мир родителя, перечислены факторы, влияющие на состояние жизненного мира, и его преобразования, происходящие под влиянием этих факторов. Описана методика и результаты исследования девяти семей, воспитывающих детей с расстройствами аутического спектра, представлены в табличной форме события жизненного мира родителей, связанные с диагностированием аутизма. На основе обобщения данных интервью выделены факторы, влияющие на межличностные отношения родителей, а также на их личностные качества. Отмечена тенденция к повышению самоэффективности родителя под влиянием аутизма ребёнка, развитию у него более высокого уровня эмпатии, занятию активной жизненной позиции, в том числе гражданской.

Розкрито сутність поняття «життєвий світ» особистості, виокремлено його складові та аспекти. Зосереджено увагу на впливі аутизму дитини на життєвий світ одного з батьків, перераховано фактори, що впливають на стан життєвого світу, а також його перетворення, які відбуваються під впливом цих факторів. Описано методику і результати дослідження дев’яти сімей, що виховують дітей з розладами аутичного спектру, подано у формі таблиці події життєвого світу батьків, пов’язані з діагностуванням аутизму. Базуючись на узагальненні даних інтерв’ю, виокремлено фактори, що впливають на міжособистісні стосунки батьків, а також на їх особистісні якості. Відзначено тенденцію до підвищення самоефективності батьків під впливом аутизму дитини, розвитку в них більш високого рівня емпатії, посідання активної життєвої позиції, зокрема громадянської.

Explained the essence of the concept of personality's "life-world", marked its components and aspects. Focused attention on the impact of child autism on the life-world of parents, lists the factors affecting the life-world and its transformations taking place under the influence of these factors. Described the methodology and results of a study of nine families with children with autism spectrum disorders, presented in tabular form the parents life-world events related to diagnosis of autism. On the basis of summarizing these interviews highlighted the factors affecting the interpersonal relationship between parents and their personal qualities. Marked the tendency to increase self-efficacy of parent influenced by child autism, development of a higher level of empathy, take active life position, including civil one.

Зазначено, що кейс-метод за допомогою штучно створеної навчальної ситуації, наближеної до реальної, дозволяє використовувати рольову систему, де студенти можуть зайняти певні соціально-професійні позиції. Виявлено, що якісно підготовлені кейси сприяють розвитку аналітичних, практичних, творчих, комунікативних, соціальних та рефлексивних навичок. З’ясовано, що суть методу кейсів полягає в осмисленні, критичному аналізі та вирішенні конкретних проблем або випадків (cases). Наведено класифікацію кейсів за структурою та розміром, цілі застосування кейс-методу на заняттях з англійської мови в професійному середовищі, а також на конкретному прикладі розглянуто схему кейсу «День із життя звичайної родини».

Отмечено, что кейс-метод с помощью искусственно созданной учебной ситуации, приближенной к реальной, позволяет использовать ролевую систему, где студенты могут занять определённые социально-профессиональные позиции. Выявлено, что качественно подготовленные кейсы способствуют развитию аналитических, практических, творческих, коммуникативных, социальных и рефлексивных навыков. Выяснено, что суть метода кейсов состоит в осмыслении, критическом анализе и решении конкретных проблем или случаев (cases). Приведена классификация кейсов по структуре и размерам, цели применения кейс-метода на занятиях по английскому языку в профессиональной среде, а также на конкретном примере представлена схема кейса «День из жизни обычной семьи».

Noted that the case-study method using artificial learning situation close to actual, allows the use of role-playing system, where students can take a certain socio-professional positions. Revealed that qualitatively prepared cases contribute to the development of analytical, practical, creative, communicative, social and reflexive skills. Found that the essence of the method consists in understanding, critical analysis and solutions to specific problems or cases (cases). Displayed classification of case-studies on the structure and size, intended use of case-method for English lessons in a professional environment, as well as a scheme of the case "Day in the life of an ordinary family".
